My favorite experience during 3 weeks in Thailand. The hosts are native Thai and English, recommendations were excellent and went above any beyond to be helpful. Boat House has air conditioning walking distance from the pier and all amenities nearby. Wake up early to see the sunrise in front of the hotel, rent a bike for sunset on the other side of the island. Highly recommended

Me and my partner stayed here for a total of 5 nights, we absolutely loved each one. The Boat House offers spacious, clean bungalows with private bathrooms and a porch to relax on in the evening. Each bungalow is totally enclosed with screens (so long as you keep the door shut!) meaning that your sleep is rarely disturbed by little flying things biting you in the night.The owners are two of the nicest people we met on the island, they were happy to stop for a chat or to offer some advice for onward travel. Good people really make a trip worth it!

Great stay. Pen and Tony are friendly, watm-hearted and helpful hosts and provide you with a lot of information and recommendations about Koh Phayam. The bungalows are very clean and in a lush back garden, conveniently close to the pier.
