It's a get me away from it all kind of place, just a few bungalows sat meters from the beach in the forest, which is visited by hornbills. I was in the green bungalow, which was clean and airy, great mattress. I also did yoga with Andrea and tai chi with Ralph, both fantastic instructors, and the sala for practice is great. 24/7 electricity thanks to solar power - by no means standard for the island.

Cozy little resort with bungalows in variable sizes and comfort. On the beach front but shade from the trees is keeping the place cool. Stunning sunsets. Yoga and t'ai chi sessions are proposed by the hosts in an airy and moskito proof place. Restaurants are close by. My favorite place to relax and to enjoy the now 🪷 ☺️ 💕

Omtao is this kind of beautiful hidden place that many might want to keep as a secret rather than share it with the world (remember the movie „The Beach“?). It’s the perfect place to slow down, (re-)connect with nature & yourself. Andrea & Ralph are truly wonderful hosts and mindful teachers. Their healing Yoga, Qi Gong & Thai Chi classes will nurture & re-energize your body, mind and spirit. And don’t miss the fantastic food at the Cashew resort restaurant! I will definitely come back.

Good morning!The right place to recharge your batteries! Yoga in the morning .... Tai Chi in the evening ... a hammock "near the beach" but shady ... good restaurants with nice people nearby ... no cars and few mopeds on the island ... like Thailand "used to be". .Whenever I'm there I don't want to leave!!!@Andrea&>Ralph: best regards.... I spent a wonderful time (one month) in OM Tao, the owners are incredibly friendly, generös and care taking. I very much enjoyed Andrea‘s Yoga classes in that beautiful shala on their land. The area is very calm and due to the high trees and a soft breeze from the sea never too hot (even when it is really hot on the beach).I could borrow goggles to dive for free.The most magic thing I enjoyed, was receiving a very personal water therapy treatment from Andrea. A very healing ocean dance I cannot recommend enough to anyone.Furthermore the place is very well located and several Restaurants are in walking distance.

This place is perfect! Wonderful yoga and Qi Gong, beautiful accommodation, jungle, beach, silence, nature. Just perfect for a calm rest away from the crowds. Highly recommended. No places to party, just chill, meditate, walk, swim, bike.
