Affordable accommodation with an island-like atmosphere with a fan.The owner facilitates very well.

Cool spot, rooms are each their own building. Lots of space. No AC but windows are on both sides of the elevated loft-style beds so we had no trouble sleeping. Was able to get a scooter at the hotel. The pool was a little green so couldn't swim but not a big deal.

super nice area surrounded by an extravagant tropical garden with many native plants. The many chill out areas on different levels invite you to relax. nice bar and nice pool. the rooms are uniquely spacious and loft-like on two levels. If you don't need the beach right in front of your nose and you like oasis flair with super nice hosts, this is the place for you. Restaurants and Long Beach are just around the corner

great place and realy nice host it's a big green area with a lot of beautiful plants and a lot of chill out areas. rooms are huge and with beautiful details. we will come back

The entire place is run-down and dirty & the Thai who runs it is incorrect, unfriendly & can‘t even issue a correct invoice.The pool appears green & I hardly used it as it was blurry & full of insects.The breakfast is the worst on the island- don‘t even consider eating there & you can‘t get anywhere without a bike - therefore it is not ideal for families at all.The bungalow is inconvenient as it is black from the outside & therefore it is like an oven.Its tin roof is prob the worst- one can hear animals crawling every night & I had spiders the size of my hand in the bungalow (it is certainly not a villa as he calls it!) & a rat as well as other unpleasant visitors. The shower/bathroom has got no windows and is unhygienic & many animals live in this wet room.Be aware that you will wake up every hour roughly due to the falling cashew nut fruit from the trees above the tin shack which sounds almost like falling coconuts.. totally crazy. Most other resorts offer bamboo or wooden huts which I can wholeheartedly recommend.The bar opens only if the owner decides to run it for himself and his local friends who often play pool until late at night which I found very disturbing on my first evening after a long-distance flight. They were really drunk and made a lot of noise. Very unprofessional!They were supposed to open a restaurant for their guests (a great idea for a resort in the middle of nowhere!) but never did.Furthermore the owner was too lazy to organize anything really & upon departure he promised to have ordered a taxi to the pier. He simply forgot & that‘s his general attitude. It is disgusting & furthermore he is disrespectful towards women.Don‘t waste your time- don’t stay there - there are such beautiful places around the island!!!

Very good welcome but aging resort far from the beach, forget about it if you don't have a scooter, very very basic breakfast, little pressure on tap, terrace not great, no restaurant …

Pool in nature would be nice if it was cleaner. Valid for the entire resort. Reviews online are far too good. I wonder where else people who give this place 5 stars stay. The whole thing is unkempt, the bar is always closed. Tables and chairs in the garden are falling apart. The planned restaurant never opened. And without a motorbike you can't do anything here, it's far too far to walk to the nearest shops or restaurants. We got money back for breakfast because they can't do anything except scrambled eggs or omelets, toast and fruit. Not even rice! After two days we moved! There's another star for the really nice Thai at the reception.
