It'll do for one night. Cost 400 baht. The room itself is spacious, probably 25 sq.m. The air conditioner has 2 modes - either on or off. The cold air blasts too much, I had to turn it off at night and then turn it back on. The hotel itself is old, downstairs in the same building on the left is karaoke with escort girls. At the entrance to the city there are better resorts for the same price.

Old room, no hot water, no air conditioner remote to adjust the temperature.

As of July 2016 this place is not closed. It is open and accommodating guests. Price per night 400 Baht, incl AC. Ok for 1 or 2 nights, not a fancy place, but very OK. Mostly Burmese workers from neighboring Kawthaung stay here. If you want a cheap, clean and quiet place with no frills, I recommend it.
