Family place, very good food, I ate there every day. It's quiet, very good price for huts, hornbill birds to see, sometimes monkeys, sometimes sea otters, huts very close to the beach and up a hill. Some huts with good distance to neighbouring ones. The beach is covered with big trees and shade all day. Kayaks and motorbikes can be rented. Bungalows prices from 400 - 800 Baht, depends on length of stay.

Its very nice and relaxing here at the Big Tree, you will have a great stay! We've chosen this place because its quiet and surrounded by nature. Please respect the wildlife. Mä Eed takes care from her heart and her staff is very friendly, just tell them whatever you need. They also cook very delicious food here. It is even clean food-awarded, so dont listen to the little angry man, giving a lousy 2 stars review for something he didnt even test or know about. Enjoy Phayam :)

Definitely okay, for those who are looking for something simpler and don't take hygiene too seriously.Nicely designed balcony with a beautiful view of the entire long beach. However, I didn't want to eat here.

We had a good stay. The standard is middle/ok. Mrs. Iz is a nice lady and absolutely helpful and jolly.Prices were about 15-20€ per bungalow/night. the beach is empty and a good spot far away from touristic Thailand.Food that Iz prepares is tasty!

First It looked good but... i stayed there whit my friend family and one another friend. I had to move away cause someone robbed me!! I think it was the owner or her friend who went into my bungalow and stoled around 700€ from me! …

The owners are some of the most wonderful people you will meet. Eed and her family serve wonderful food and smiles. The only Bungalows or restaurant you can ride a motorcycle on the beech to get to and from as it is a bit secluded. Beautiful tropical fish and coral almost as soon as you get in. I did not stay there, but rented a kayak and snorkeling equipment few times enjoying the area and finishing the day with a great food as I watched the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. I will stay there next time I go.

Big Tree is a welcoming family run restaurant and bungalow resort on Payams most beautiful beach, the Long Beach. Perfect for a scenic sunset 🌇. They have a wide range of rooms from ca 300 to 800 baht, all with a great few and in the shade of big jungle trees.
