The place must have been really nice at some point.. but it felt a little run down. The lounge area was depressing.. stagnant water where mosquitos like to breed.. the pool wasted clear.. broken chairs were laying around..From our sea front bungalow, the view was breathtaking and since you where far from everything you had peace and quiet. We liked the little balcony where we could enjoy reading with a beer. The rooms were nice but we had to sleep with the front door open.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the grounds were certainly beautiful and worth the price.Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. No cocktails, you have to bring your own water in plastic canisters. Room cleaning only on the 3rd day. Around 1500 baht would have been completely ok

The resort is not so well maintained, the beach is nice though and the staff friendly. There were no amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo or shower gel.I have had expected more for the relatively high rate. The quality of the food is great, freshly made, but during my 5-day-stay, the restaurant was closed twice at evenings even though it was said they were open daily until 9pm. There is no other restaurant in walking distance and there was no fridge or kettle in the bungalow.

What a relief after the very basic huts on Long Beach. At Paul it turned out to be quiet, shady and a little more windy. The bathroom was not only beautiful but also clean and tiled! …

Nice bungalows, very calm with sea view. We booked directly with the hotel, via phone call. Very good value for money. The restaurant serves delicious food (I recommend the smoothie bowls).

We stayed in 2 different bungalows. Both were great, the more expensive one in the front row had the great veranda that made the difference for us.The complex is not located on any of the beautiful beaches, but that didn't bother us. We really liked the private location and grounds. Everything can be reached quickly with the scooter anyway. The team is super nice, we felt very welcome.

The place is really peaceful, the swimming pool is well maintained. Make sure which kind of accomodation you’re booking cause two of their bungalows are cheaper than others and really not as nice as those ones. On the booking website is a bit misleading cause they didn’t had the pictures for this last ones so you can easily think they are all the same. Overall a good stay, everything else is pleasant.

Nice, well-kept complex on the east coast of Koh Payam, but the room prices are too high for what is offered.I stayed two nights (in the second half of January 2024, i.e. high season) and had a spacious beach row bungalow with an open-air bathroom. The equipment is ok: A/C, refrigerator, safety box (with padlock), reading lamps (not a given in Asia!), large terrace with sea view, chaise longue and (albeit pretty devastated) hammock. There is also a small pool next to reception and a restaurant with breakfast, Thai and Western food. I didn't try the latter, but the Thai food (I had a wonderful pork larb, among other things!) is very good. The owner and staff (the facility belongs to a Belgian) are also friendly and helpful. The downside is the price-performance ratio. At more than 80 euros per day (without breakfast!), the room costs as much as I would in the summer of 2023 (August, i.e. peak season) in Greece (Crete) for a complete 60m² apartment with living room and bedroom, terrace, kitchenette and paid for the washing machine. At this price I at least expect the room to be cleaned every day - but that was in the P.P. Unfortunately this is not the case in this country.

A very peaceful and relaxing place. Nice bungalows with hammocks and sea view.We were accidentally overbooked, so the owner of the Resort offered us a bungalow from his other hotel for the same price, which was also very good. The owner is really friendly and flexible. I think the prices are a bit too much and the gym is from the Stone Age. That's why only 4 stars.
