The owner of this property is extremely rude for no good reason. We took a wrong turning down her road understandably if you’ve visited the area, when walking down to access the beach and figure out where we went wrong she shouted at us to leave without allowing us to explain. Very rude, and very aggressive for no good reason. Would not recommend giving it the time of day.

The place is nice, but the staff is unfortunately very unpolite and rude. The lady on the bar is mad and aggressive. It's not possible to communicate with her on a normal level.Definitely not Koh Phayam vibes. Would not recommend staying there either as a guest in Bungalows or in the restaurant. this place isn't worth your money

Staff is very friendly and helpful.The kitchen does a very good job at very low prices,as people would actually like it to be everywhere in Thailand.The complex is located directly on the beach and also has a couple of sunbathing areas.For those who like to move around the island and want to go exploring, there are also scooters to rent here, which are a little more expensive than on the mainland (300 Bath/day).

Our worst scooter rental experience.We were staying at La Ong Lay, a resort right next to Frog Beach House.The manager advised us to rent scooters from the Frog Beach House.Given the good experiences in Koh Phayam in the other places, we didn't ride the scooter around while taking a video. Bad has come to us.When we returned the scooter, the Frog Beach House employee announced that we had been in an accident and would have to pay for repairs for a broken brake.We didn't have any accidents and the scooter never fell off me.We felt trapped. The hotel staff were extremely aggressive and violent in words and actions.At no time did they give us the benefit of the doubt. They were convinced we were liars and demanded we pay.We told them to call the police.The employee was increasingly aggressive and even threatened us physically.His sister told him to leave because he wanted to fight. It was late and we had to go home rather than stay for hours waiting for the police to come.Especially since the situation was getting worse. But we remained calm throughout so as not to make anything worse. We finally decided to pay the $90 they demanded in order to put an end to this situation.Maybe they didn't notice that the brake was slightly broken when they rented the scooter to us.We give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it wasn't a scam but it sure looks like one.

Very quiet & happy place.Were here for 3 days and are super satisfied.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the massage 🙏🏻The food is also very fine. Thank you for everything!

The view in front of the accommodation is beautiful.Good service, reasonable rooms, reasonable priceCome 29/10/2023, final boat round.Arrive at accommodation at 5:45 p.m.Inquiring about having just opened for cleaning and not yet ready to provide service. But I saw that we came in the evening.So I opened the room for you to stay.We stayed in a fan room with extra cushions, price 1000 baht.

Another very good beachfront accommodation. The house is not next to the beach, but a short walk takes you to the beach. The central area is next to the beach and the atmosphere is very good. The owner is kind and friendly. Help recommend good places to visit. The accommodation opens for check-in at 2 p.m., but we go on the morning boat until 10 a.m. The accommodation will open the room ahead of time without charge. The room has no hot water, no air conditioning. There is a fan + water provided. (The accommodation has air conditioning / fan. We chose the fan room ourselves.) The bathroom is well divided into zones. And the staff provided assistance as described. The food was delicious. We sat in front of the beach in the evening until midnight. The breeze was very cool. The atmosphere was good. I was very impressed.

The complex and bungalows are all very well maintained and clean. There's really nothing to note here.However, the “concept” of the operators is not very pleasant: there are instructions everywhere about what you are not allowed to do; There are no refrigerators in the bungalows, so if possible you should consume overpriced (comparatively speaking) things in the resort (if you don't do that, you're probably not a welcome guest). Because of a concert we wanted to extend our stay. We saw in advance that the rooms were available on Booking. After we asked, the rooms on Booking were removed and we were offered others for a much higher cost. We didn't extend - after checkout the rooms were available again at a slightly lower price.Contrary to other comments, we didn't have any really unpleasant experiences with the operators, although the older lady in the resort seems to be in charge. There is no “Hello”, no smile or any word. You don't really feel welcome.

Really bad place…Owner is the worst people ever met on that island! |I recommand not to go. |She didn’t want to serv me an expresso with ice…. She don’t care about customers and she charge maximum price and she don’t want to share her wifi even if you are customer from the restaurant!

The lady who owns the place is a crazy person. She started shouting at us for no comprehensible or sane reason. We felt very unwelcome there & ended up going to another place nearby, which was great, while putting up with still paying for the unused room. But it was worth every penny not having to stay there.The room itself was pretty basic & therefore overpriced, so neither would we recommend the hotel on that basis.We travel a lot to many different countries & neither of us can remember such a rude interaction with hotel staff. She is truly not an example for what makes thai people so lovely
