Visited the place during monsoon period. It was raining and sometimes very fierce to say the least. Very nice owner who helped us with transfers which we greatly appreciated. Friendly staff. Since we are not surfers, this particular beach was not for us. Bigger waves and very shallow white water.

The accommodation is very suitable for families. Right next to the beach, you can walk down. The atmosphere is very good. There are bars, food, beer. It's very beautiful here. The houses behind it can accommodate many people. But only one air conditioner I need to turn on the fan. Please help. The bed is soft and comfortable, the water is strong, you can even take a shower in front of the house, haha.

A beautiful tranquil place with nice bungalows and villas.|The owner takes great care and even the public beach in front is being cleaned by the hotel staff.|The bar has excellent drinks at fair. prices, which you can enjoy with marvellous sunsets sitting on the beach.

It is a great resort, very clean, very cordial owners and the food was very good. I can recommend Phayam Lodge to everyone. A dream right on the beach. There are also large bungalows of a high standard for up to 5-6 people. All in all a top address.

One of the highest standard places that you can find on this beach if not the highest. Most of the other places are simple wooden huts but not this one. The bungalows are in great shape due to constant maintenance. We stayed 12 days and used the beach bar for food and drinks daily, rented surfs from them and the final bill wasn't that high at all. I hope the prices will stay this reasonable for the future as well.There are small details which I as an OCD type of person enjoyed. The big trash cans in front of the hut for you so that you don't leave any left over food in the bungalow (emptied daily by the staff). Amenities like coffee, shampoo, body wash, soap.Especially now when we're some place else I can see the difference in small things.The service can be slower sometimes and sometimes they forget about you, but hey, I've seen the same in other restaurants and places here as well.We had an amazing time. The whole island is like a small village. Great getaway for the family.

Nice bungalows with sea views and a great bar/restaurant. The Thai food was our favourite and the barman makes excellent cocktails. Service was really attentive and sunset surf views incredible ! There is a family atmosphere - children and friendly dogs frolic in the sand and boogie boards are free to use.

Nice welcome from the managers of the establishment, ours who arrived.spacious room, with terrace, sea view, paradise.Island still remains wild, without public electricity, and therefore no hot water for showers.Relaxation, calm and rest are the order

It was a really nice stay with Krister and his team. The bungalows have everything you need, are very clean and you practically fall out of bed and are on the beach. Cleaning takes place every day, the food is great and everyone is super attentive and friendly. No matter what question we had, we were always helped! We can only recommend it ☺️

we had a really great stay in the family house for 4 nights. Really really recommend taking the surf lesson if you never try it. the beach there is just perfect for beginners.Krister the owner was super welcoming and helpful. definitely going back!

Gorgeous hotel if individual villas right by the beach. Super relaxed vibe. Great food, surf lessons, fab relaxed island - need to hire scooters otherwise you are a bit stuck but no cars on the island…..

We spent a bit over 2 weeks at Phayam Surfers Lodge after friends recommended it.We loved it. Krister, Ing and all staff members are lovely people - Thank you!! As we came with kids we rented a house which provided sufficient space and comfort.The restaurant on premise is a great place to eat, snack or drink with an amazing sea and beach view. The menu contained everything one could ask for and the food was very good. Surfing lesson and boards can also be booked there (shout out to Enrico who is a great surfing instructor!).Phayam is an amazing island if you are looking for a layed back beach vacation. And the Lodge gives you all you need!Loved it!

Ordered a coconut shake but got Chaokoh coconut milk shake instead and no syrup or salt at all. The restaurant should have prepared it. Take the time to open YouTube and see how to make a coconut shake.
