Incredibly beautiful location, nice and helpful owner, great bungalows, the cheaper ones were a little bit smelly but that soon disappeared. The fifth star is the Mona star ❤️ (works in service there :))

Very beautiful, quiet, the sunset is very beautiful, the beach is beautiful, the owner is cute. Seats to watch the sunset Very romantic. Traveling here is not difficult. There is a shuttle to the resort.

Cannot recommend this accommodation. Or rather the management is totally unreliable.We made a request at the beginning of March that we wanted to stay there in December/January. We were told that the new prices are not yet available. We were told our reservation was reserved and we were promised that we would be contacted as soon as the prices were online. This did not happen until September. When we asked what it looked like, the answer was that they were fully booked on the date we requested. We were offered a different date and a different requested category. This shows that we have simply been forgotten. Very annoying because our vacation has already been booked and now we have no accommodation.An absolute disgrace.So stay away from the accommodation as they are totally unreliable. This is probably not the first time something like this has happened. Really shameful stuff like that.

NO ELECTRICITY we were told once we arrived and Very hot in this hotel as no air con between 9am-5pm and the roof is made from steel with no insulation super hot and so expensive to not be able to have air conRude staff and Food very very average and be careful of the mosquitoes and midges as they will eat you alive

It's a good resortThe staff are friendly and the room condition is good.Breakfast is good too.Due to poor electricity issues on the island, the air conditioner operates only from 5 PM to 9 AM the next day.If you want it all day, you have to pay 500 baht more.This is a bit disappointing, but it is a good resort in a good location.

Forgot to take a photo of the room. The hotel is beautiful. The atmosphere is good. The staff are very good and very helpful. But points deducted for the sheets having stains.

Was our place for luxury on this Koh Phayam:) Morning breakfast was good and rich, diner with the seaview, beachfront and the sunset were just amazing

We were there for 8 days. We were welcomed very nicely. Since the siblings also spoke German, among other things, we immediately felt well received. They were both always very helpful! The staff was always very friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. We would like to thank you very much for your hospitality and would vacation there again and again!

This place exceeded expectations. First of all the staff are all amazing people, kind, efficient and super helpful. The food was unreal. I hate not leaving a resort and eating mainly there but here at Cede - they have Italian, Great thai food and even some eclectic thai-Italian fusion that was delicious. Cede is a boss and runs this place as such. Couldn’t say enough about this place other than this is where I will be coming for the rest of my life. Thanks to everyone for such a beautiful experience.

They canceled our confirmed booking (3months ago!!) within short notice and said they are 'overbooked'. Very strange behaviour and very annoying to find a new place while songkran.

Modern family owned resort in Bauhaus style. Cool and spacious bungalows and very friendly and helpful people.
Though not everything was ready after covid and the rooms need a bit refurbishment it was really a great stay.
