The location is ok. the room is clean except the wifi is weak. if you have a luggage, you will have to carry it manually to upstairs. there is no uplifted elevator.

Good location in the middle of the city, lots of food, can park in front. The room is not very big, the bed is comfortable, but there is no elevator. The price is not expensive. There is coffee and breakfast as well.

The service staff is very good. There are late night employees. Got a third floor room. Anyone with large bags should be careful, there is no elevator.Near the market, easy to find food. Clean room, very big bed

I spent a quiet night there before continuing my journey to Koh Phayam. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The facilities are above average. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I can recommend the Iconic and would stay there again at any time.

Open the room and find the bed. It's really big. Three people sleep, parents and children do not squeeze each other at all. The new room is clean and fragrant. The warm water flows strong and is extremely comfortable.cute employee I say it because I give good advice.The amenities in the room are equivalent to a thousand baht room. Pay only in the hundreds.I recommend it.

I'm very impressed. The staff take good care of us, the room is clean, the price is not expensive, the bed is big, we can walk around and find something to eat nearby. Stayed for 6 nights. Next time I come, I will stay again.

Room: The room is very clean, looks new, smells good, the bathroom is wide, and the bedroom may be a little cramped. But the bed is big and has a window, but because it's next to the building, there's no view and there's not much light coming in. There's a hair dryer, refrigerator, water heater, kettle, and Wi-Fi code sign.Elevator : No elevatorService: All the staff are lovely, both men and women, always recommending places to visit and restaurants. Below is a small cafe. You can order water and snacks.Parking: Parking in front of the property for 3-4 cars and the parking lot on the opposite side.

Sleepless in RanongI was really tired after the night here not only because of stony bed, but terrible creaking got me up at 2am, then it began at 2:30am and was during till 4-4:20, don’t remember exactly. Even the music in my AirPods didn’t help enough for saving from this sound, similar to the scrape of chalk on the blackboard.So if you want to ask me, did I relax (what I really needed after the whole day driving) - No!It was the worst hotel experience.Welcome to the room A401.About the room (Executive triple room):It was nice and my kids liked it, but a little bit poor because of dirty sofa, old torn pillowcase, yellow stain on the sheet and dirty balcony with stretched something looks like fishnet (a few ants in the bathroom included). It would be easy to correct, but nobody did it.You may spend your money better.

nice hotel right in life.Many things are easy to reach on foot.Close to the fruit market but also not far to the old market.We had room 401 on the top floor.No elevator available.The room was really great.The third bed in the shape of a boat, but also the rest of the decoration, was well chosen.Clean with a balcony and good breakfast downstairs in the cafe.A highlight of our road trip.
