The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are very spacious, outdoor style, close to nature. The room has no air conditioner. There is a cool sea breeze blowing. There is a fan in the room. If you are a hot person, it is not recommended. But if you want to be close to nature, I recommend it. There is a hair dryer and a refrigerator. Accommodation next to the sea, beautiful view, can see the sunset in front of the room, delicious food.

We had a wonderful time here. The beach was very clean, the restaurant was great at the resort and there were several more along the beach. We rented motorbikes from the resort and visited other beaches, restaurants, and shops for fruits on the island.We hesitated to book here because there was only WiFi at the restaurant, but it turned out to make it a lot easier to manage the kid's screen time, and they met more other kids. It ended up being a good thing, and the online homework still could be done.The resort is very kid-friendly. It has toys for the sand, bean bags, and kids' books in different languages.

This place is true paradise, all clean and welcoming, not to mention the beach and the view, excellent! Furthermore, they welcomed us even without a reservation on the same day and saved our holiday, thanks to all the staff

run down, outdated and uncomfortable. When we arrived, the toilet was so dirty that we wanted to leave. After the complaint, the toilet was cleaned immediately. The bed sheet was also changed again because there were stains everywhere. Heaven Beach has had its best days and only the view of the sea and the location right on the beach deserve a star. Any dilapidated areas on the bungalow were simply painted over and the remaining paint was dumped into nature and sand was scattered over it. Unfortunately the cocktails were really bad, but super expensive. On a housekeeping day we came back in the afternoon and the key was on the lounger outside the bungalow! Anyone could have come by here and taken the key. It should be mentioned that there is only one key per bungalow and the safe key is attached to the same collar. That does not make sense. The facility leaves a lot to be desired. There is no chair or armchair for storage. We were able to use the separate bed as storage. The pictures on Booking are not very current. One of the employees was in such a bad mood and had an unfriendly face every day. You had the feeling of not being welcome. We will come back to Phayam, but not to Heaven Beach.
