This is average hotel with a very bad employee, I am very disappointed. We come with our family and see how they are.. Very bad probably the boss doesn’t know how the worker are here + it’s a very expensive place. I don’t recommend it.

DJUNGLE FEELING! outside the hustle and bustle - Huge resort close to nature;You will be taken up the slope to your hut by TukTuk from reception without having to wait -Located outside the hustle and bustle (50 bath by tuktuk) to the centerNature lovers will love it! ! !

Never staying here again. Price is more expensive and nothing much here.Toilet showering cubicle water is choked.Outdoor bathtub is very dirty with flakes and water flow is ridiculously slow. It takes about 1.5hrs for the water to fill the bath tub up.Food options are not avail by walking. Need to grab or get your own transportation.Lotus mall is directly beside for groceries shopping.Instructions by the staff were unclear and the shuttle service staff mentioned that give them a call when needed "buggy". Got to walked out and the staff raised his voice by saying we are too slow and other guest were waiting?? *Stunned*

New Year 5000+ but the room and what you get areUntrimmed trees block the view, lights come on and off, seats are torn and moldy.Not impressed with the price paid (secretly disappointed)Repeat, price 5000 There are no facilities such as a microwave. You should have it because you can't go down and buy food yourself, you have to have a car come pick it up from your room.The price has been improved to be reduced to suit the condition.Or adjust the condition to suit the price.

staff were friendly and there was a shuttle service up and down from lobby to room. however, for the higher price of a villa im paying, a lot of services and amenities were not included like extra towels or ice buckets or a short ride out of the villa for our first day. the staff were quite prompt with service though and location of villa was good. but for a higher charging villa during non peak season, many amenities were not available like the pool bar?

15 minutes walk from the beach of ao nang 5 by tuktuk located in the mountains and in the forest Shuttle service to get up and down from your room excellent for people who love nature super service super beautiful hotel large complex with different garden a swimming pool with a great view excellent
