Nice Hotel. Very satisfied with our stay here at Centro One Patong. A very strategic location, easy to walk around to the surrounding. The reception staff are very friendly, kind as well and also flexible to our request. Great work!For the room, it's very clean and tidy. things are in good upkeepFor facility, not many choices.Will definitely book this hotel again.

10/10 about this hotel, Visited in July with my family and stayed there for 3 days2 minutes distance from Bangla Walking street the main Nightlife attraction of Phuket, Thailand 🇹🇭• They offer great Buffet Breakfast 🧇 food was amazing• They offer 24 hour Tea, Coffee, Cookies 🍪 and Detox water• 2 lifts in building• Very friendly staff and i also want to mention one thing that in their lobby there was a Day Tour Office they offer many different DayTour packages of PhiPhi Island 🏝️, I will suggest you to go with Sea Angel Cruise 🚢

Great hotel! They all speak great English! Laundry was quick and easy. Wonderful customer service! The room was clean and had no water issues. The air conditioner was very powerful and reliable. Would recommend this place to fun, positive, and adventurous people!

Terrible hotel, can’t even speak English! Lost our laundry and got a terrible customer service.
We experienced a leak in our room, woke up in the morning and the aircon has leaked all over the whole floor and our luggage got wet.

There is a commercial street with grocery stores, Arabic restaurants, and all servicesThe downside is that the street is crowded, especially at night, and there is noise if you take a room overlooking the streetThe second drawback is that the rooms are a little small

I reserved a room with two single beds and when I arrived at the hotel they gave me a room with a king bed. The receptionist was rude and not trying to help at all. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place

Its my first time visit to Phuket and really loved the hotel. Its neat and clean and they maintained the good standard. Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. At the counter you get a guide which helps in planning and booking the day trips around Phuket and are very reasonable. Really loved the experience here.
