Good location , the beach (Ao yai) quite and long beach , staff very nice and friendly.Bathroom good has a rain shower.if you like the quiet beach and relax to see the beach JJ is a best option.Food is good too . Reasonable prices.

I thought I had already experienced everything, but what the boss has done for us is a disgrace.After a volleyball court and a music stage were set up for a party on the second day, right in front of the resort, we had noise until the night for three days.We then asked JJ about it and asked for a discount.He then came to our bungalow. We discussed and after we couldn't agree, he slammed his hand on the table and canceled the rest of our stay. I have never experienced such an outrageous manner. We are the customer and just wanted to make a small concession. So if you book there, don't complain to the boss, otherwise he'll freak out.

Ideally located restaurant and super attentive and friendly staff. We went there every day of our stay. Happy hour from 5 to 8 p.m. on beers and (good!) cocktails(Photos = Tom Yum soup; very good)

Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer top, but it is still good. Slightly more expensive than average. Dishes are beautifully served and of course the eye also wants something. The beach is docked and cleaned every morning, so there are no sandflies. The cleanest stretch of beach on Koh Phayam. Highly recommended to stay there.

I cannot comment on the resort itself. I enjoyed a cold coconut juice and coffee after a beach walk. A pleasant shady spot overlooking the ocean.
I also had rice soup with prawns. That lacked flavour. It needed a better stock. It was light and hopefully healthy. Prawns were plentiful and fresh.

JJ is one of my favorite places to eat seafood in Koh Phayam.|The owner, who I know him for many, many years always very kind and attentive, the staff very friendly and fun.|Fish, Squid and shrimp are prepared Thai and western style, fresh and excellent|Facing the ocean makes a wonderful place to be.|Highly recommended

Simple bungalows in a perfect beach location. The small and beautifully landscaped resort has its own restaurant right on the beach/sea, and the staff is extremely nice and friendly. We'll be back next year! ðŦķðž

The location of the resort is great, the facility of the room is a bit poor, but it's ok if considering with the price. And the owner JJ and his wife Aoy, his brother-in-law Ae, with all the staffs, are all very nice, kind and helpful. And the most important thing for me, they have a fantastic great chef Soon, 62 years old, cooking more than 40 years, before cooking at Malaysia, Korea... Start to cooking at here since 10 years ago, learn how to cooking from Chinese chef, very high cooking techniques and skills, fantastic amazing, probably the best Thai chef I ever met in nearly two decades since the first time I came to Thailand within live in Thailand for one decade, two thumbs up! Also they always have very fresh fish or shrimps or squids come from Myanmar sea in the morning ððð

A wonderful place with even more wonderful people working there. The bungalows and the restaurant, together with the beach, create a very relaxed atmosphere. In addition, there is extremely friendly and helpful service. I can recommend the resort and the restaurant to everyone.
