The room is quite spacious, I had to ask them to change my bed because the previous one was quite uncomfortable and they bought a new, very comfortable and large mattress!The owners don't speak much English but through WhatsApp communication is fluid.I feel that with a little more care the bungalows would be 10/10The bathroom has an unpleasant smell, but I easily neutralize it with cleaning products.The kitchen has the basics and is right next to the room.They do not clean the rooms like in hotelsThe balcony is super spacious and has a lot of nature around it.The location is great, minutes from the beach and 7/11

This is decent basic accommodations (not very well maintained or loved up and expect lots of critters as it backs on to the jungle) in close proximity to everything and just a short walk to the beach. The people who manage the place are really nice. IMPORTANT NOTE: Don’t stay in the concrete bungalow without glass windows during monsoon season. I made this mistake and after one week of a month rental, all of my belongings were mouldy and I felt ill because of it and had to move. Only two stars as well as I only received less than 1/3 of my money back.
