Apart from this place being in close proximity to Sairee's main strip, they practically have nothing to offer. The room : If you want to lock it, then you got to be in that proper angle, perfect lift for the door to lock. This was a ceiling fan only room, but was extremely hot because the fan was there just for keepsake.Bed linen was smelly and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.There was no hot water, no WiFi, no water to drink, nothing at all! There was absolutely zero upkeep to the property and they are least bothered about maintaining their rooms. Will NEVER go back here! Absolutely horrible experience!

For starters, we arrived at a beautiful resort and then we find out that they are taking us uphill across the road and that's where our bungalow is, we knew there was only a fan and we said we'd try but really it's not worth this 100 baht savings in any case a room with air conditioning is better, we're not in Eastern Europe. There are animals that enter the room from all kinds of species and types, we made them come out in the middle of the jungle after all, I am attaching a photo of our toad in the shower. Regarding the service, there is one great girl at the reception, but when we asked for toilet paper, the other guy told us to go buy some

They first said they didn't have my reservation, then found it after 45 mins. But told me they were booked out and I couldn't get my bungalow. Had to spend one night in a dirty, smelly dorm before I got a Bungalow. Blamed everything on Agoda. When I asked for some kind of compensation, they said they can't do anything and I have to contact Agoda. Agoda customer service is still waiting for an answer from them 2 weeks later. So overall really bad experience, the bungalow I got on the second day was nice though.

Amazing location and the bungalow/hut we had was perfect - it’s a little dated but very clean. The staff on reception could be a little more welcoming & helpful

When we arrived at the resort, we saw through an open door guests sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The mattresses weren't even made up. Once you check in. I was driven out of the resort in a golf car across the road and arrived in a kind of deserted park. Here was the house where I had to spend the night. There were blood and mud stains on the walls. The shower barely had any water coming out and it was cold. I had to freshen up with the bidet. When I turned on the fan, a cloud of dust came down, covering my entire room and belongings. There were still skid marks in the toilet from previous island visitors. The blankets were like thin, itchy towels. With a kind of Disney pattern on it. My mattress had obvious blood stains on it as if someone had been murdered in the room. After a few minutes of mentally preparing myself to go to sleep I saw cockroaches in my eye. I jumped up and decided to go to the reception. Of course it was already closed. I packed my bag and went to sleep on the beach. Thank you very much seashellcoconot village.

Finally arriving on this beautiful island, we had to walk 30 minutes from the pier to the hotel. Apparently there is a pick-up service, but we did not receive any of that. When we arrived at reception, our booking had not gone through, and we were looked at somewhat indignantly. Fortunately, we eventually got a house, which was not agreed. We had to get in a golf cart and was placed far outside the venue. We placed our suitcases in the room and immediately set off to explore Koh Toa. When we came back, the house turned out to be full of cockroaches, the bed was broken with blood stains on the mattress. I requested a large double bed but was given two separate beds. There were 2 towels on the bed that did not dry at all, and if you were cold at night you could cover yourself with a horrible synthetic hello kitty blanket that was much too small. The walk to get to the pool was a ten minute walk and you had to cross a busy road. The reception was also here. We wanted to report it, but the reception was closed. There was no WiFi, and it was difficult to send messages because I had no signal. The fan was very dusty and barely worked. The room was unpleasant and full of dead insects on the wall. The shower had no hot water and this was not mentioned anywhere. To make it more cozy, there was a stray cat full of parasites in front of the house that kept wanting to come inside. Agoda stated that we would receive a clean-up service, but nothing ever came of that. In short, this beautiful island was transformed for us by Seashell into a horrible, filthy, hellish experience.

Just checked in and we decided to find somewhere else. They were burning several fires around out house which in this drought does not feel safe and furthermore unpleasant and unhealthy. All our stuff now smells like smoke as well. Furthermore, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and the walls were covered in stains and dirt. After several complaints they would only give us another room for dubble the price we paid.

it's a pretty scary place. the seashell resort where you need to check in looks so nice, but you need to cross the street to come to the coconut village. its a very dark place offside the street and we have seen nobody here for three days. when it's dark there only a few small lights the way up and if you are alone you maybe get scard, considering the island here is called "death island" too. the "village" is on a little hill and if you dont have a motorbike it can be a litte bit exhausting to go up there. the bungalow is very modest. only a mattress on the floor and a smelly bathroom. we paid 17€ per night and that is really to much for what you get here. but one good thing: you are so off the shot, you will sleep very well (if you are used to hard mattresses).
