You can complain about the hotel because it doesn't allow outside guests, but there are reasons for that. The hotel is great and the location is unique on the beautiful beach, if not the most beautiful in Thailand. This is exactly where the problem lies with day tourists coming to the beach. The hotel staff is therefore instructed not to entertain other guests. That would massively disrupt the hotel guests given the crowds that sometimes arrive there. The hotel guests want to go on vacation, have peace and quiet and not be constantly disturbed by the day tourists who are carted there. Against this background, perhaps some people should think again about their recession, which probably has nothing to do with the hotel itself. As a guest, I appreciate that you protect your guests from the crowds.

Krabi province is the coolest place in Thailand. The Railay Peninsula is the best thing that can happen to you. If you are coming here for the first time, then plan your trip for at least ten days. You need to explore the Railay Peninsula itself and all its beaches, as well as the mainland. Hotel Second House by Aarya - it’s hard to describe in words how happy we were. Here are the best sunsets, the most beautiful beach, many animals, you can climb mountains, visit the nearest islands and more distant ones. You can visit everything from the peninsula. It is possible either on a shared boat or ordered individually. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent! The nature on site is amazing. Great staff. In general, the vacation turned out to be 5 stars. For excursions, contact Phuket_Krabi_Tour and then you will be able to see the entire province and visit all the attractions both on the mainland and the islands!Phuket_Krabi_Tour👍

Terrible staff they don’t care about anyone except paying guests.Wanted to use 5 meters of there walkway as tide was coming in against rocks. But security rejected us coz we are not guests, these staff would rather people get injured.I would never stay in a place that treated others like this.

The staff was very inhumane, I went from the beach to ask for a water and they didn't want to sell it to me because I wasn't staying there… I didn't even want to go in, I just wanted the water since it is the only bar on the entire beach… very bad for them. part the two workers I asked about it.

I did not stay at the hotel. When monsoon started I went with my daughters to the hotel's restaurant located on the beach to order food. A staff member came over and immediately demanded that we leave the place. No explanation and rudeness.Does not characterize the people in Thailand. I have not met such rudeness anywhere else.

Very rude, no humanity is there.I am living in Thailand and traveled a lot. This is the first time I see such rude Thai people. We were crossing the from the beach side when we were asked in a very rude way to get out. There was no other way to go except of swimming.Beach is never a private property! So disappointing.

I have rarely seen such rude people…Such a pity for a beautiful hotel.I came to have lunch, get rates for the hotel, and buy some clothes but the security very rudely asked me to get out immediately for absolutely no reason. It would have been but more pleasant to be informed that the restaurant was exclusively reserved to clients.
