We only stayed one night, but we really liked it. When we arrived, the host greeted us, very nice!It is very close to the beach and 5 minutes from Lompraya Pier (to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao).

We were great! Both the attention of the staff and the facilities, wonderful.We would repeat without hesitation.The pool is very cool and very clean. The room we stayed in overlooked the pool, completely new. Everything great, a 10!

The room is quite big and the bathroom as well. The room has a view on the local pool that is quite nice and on the sea. The service is very good, room are cleaned daily or at your on pace accordingly to your needs. The location is tremendous, very close to the beach (less than 20 meters) and to the restaurant and beach facilities. The beach is one of the best in koh Samui, I can get very relaxed in this place. The place was take over in 2023 and I can see only improvements, the pool area was renovated and now it looks nicer, the fence was restored as ell so the Wi-Fi infrastructure was improved and the service is faster and more reliable. I was already in this place and I will be back when I will visit Koh Samui.

New owner not worthy of running such an establishment, cannot stand the criticism, air conditioning, water heater, fridge, make aTerrible noise, impossible to sleep and above all not to complain 🥶😰, and throw you out if you complained!! Be careful in the reviews, the previous owner was great, but change in the last 5 months..

We had pool terrace rooms very spacious huge bed ample wardrobe space kettle and coffee hair dryer Housekeeping was excellentAbsolutely great service at breakfast and lunch, which is extra. A good selection of meals on the menuI’ve given a 5* because of the proximity to the beach which is nice @nd s@ndy with several bars along it great to watch the sun go down But the town has everything you might need and who doesn’t love a 7—-11 !!??

We stayed for a week in this hotel. The location is ideal, right next to the beach, 2 minutes on foot and far enough back to be absolutely quiet. The hotel has been renovated and everything is impeccable. We were there with our 14 month old little boy. The warm welcome from the owner Yannick and his partner made us feel at home. Canadian and Belgian, they are equally at ease in French and English, one of them also speaks Thai fluently, which is a real plus for anything involving scooter reservations or anything else. All the staff were very professional and attentive. We had a small toilet problem which was resolved within the hour. When we arrived at our new hotel, we realized we had forgotten some things at Ampha Place. Yannick came to bring them directly to our new hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and a big thank you again to the entire team for their 5-star welcome and their generosity. If you are a family, go there with your eyes closed, children are more than welcome. And a little dedication to sky, the hotel's little puppy mascot :)

Great hotel with super friendly owner (Yanick), manager (Marc) and team. In 5 minutes you can be on the clean beach. There are shady palm trees and nice bars. The breakfast was very good. A good dry cleaner is around the corner and the main street can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. We'd love to come back.

I love family businesses and encourage kind people to give them support. Spotless rooms, good staff, Didier and his wife as owners, very close to the beach and many restaurants, convenience stores, Ampha Place is a beautiful hotel with pool. They provide towels for the beach and the pool, the beach is peaceful, not crowded like the most popular ones. Wi-fi is ok, reception is fluent in English, French and Thai (maybe more).

Great hotel, the owner and his wife are so nice, so helpful. It's very close to the beach and has tasty breakfast options with delicious homemade jams and fresh coffee. If you want croissants available in the morning - order day in advance.

French host who speaks a little Spanish. He helped us with our motorbike rental and the easiest way to get to the port of Nathon to catch the ferry the next day. Quiet place, with a good location, very close to the beaches. Comfortable bed and everything clean, if you stay in the rooms that overlook the pool. You can use the pool until 9:00 p.m.
