Hotel in the center of Lamai, good value for money, very friendly staff! Unfortunately during my second stay at the hotel it happened that at checkout I had specified twice to the reception staff that I would be leaving at 6 in the morning, they had assured me that a person would be present at reception! I waited until 6.20 but no one showed up! So they didn't give me back the 500 Bath deposit........ obviously since no one was present I couldn't return the room key..........

monday-tuesday this hotel is great.... BUT from 8-9pm til 4am the brothel night clubs are right behind the hotel and if you are not from a city (i live in Noosa, qld) you wont sleep.... ive had to go get valiums (which i personally avoid all pharmaceuticals) just so i could get a decent sleep... by 6am this place is brilliant! during the day time it is the absolutely best! but this specific hotel is in the heart of the party zone.... do not stay here unless you are here to party.hotel staff are amazing, they are lovely and it is a great location close to everything.... its just the noise all night long

It was a good location but a very budget hotel. Although there was no smoking in the rooms it was aloud on the verandah’s so the whole place stunk of cigarettes the whole time. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. Would not recommend

The rooms smell of mold, it only got better by cooling it down and airing it out. You should keep the fan in the bathroom on at all times so that the mold spores from the bathroom do not get back into the bedroom.The rooms are small and reasonably clean.The facility itself is ok, the location is great.We paid 1200 Bath per night, but given the condition it was probably only 500 Bath.There are definitely better accommodations there.

Good price-performance ratio. 600 THB per night, about 16 euros. We had 2 bungalows (507 & (508) with aircon, shower with hot water, TV. Really okay for the price, the bathroom could be renovated again.Great location, less than 3 minutes to the beach, right on the "German Street".A bit noisy at night from the adjacent bars.I will gladly come again.Khop khrun khrap....

There were two of us staying in a spacious and functional room. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient: close to restaurants, supermarkets, taxis/buses and 5 minutes walk from Lamai Beach. I recommend !

At first, the room felt a bit small, but the feeling got better all the time. In the end, a strongly positive experience for an affordable hotel.

Frankly disappointed compared to other hotels before. Really good price quality! Great location if you want to party but not to come with family because you can hear the bass in the rooms. Lots of mosquitoes if you are allergic don't go there! No tea or coffee in the rooms just water and no breakfast possible at the hotel. I wouldn't go back!

Good evening, the place is central in Samui Thailand, for me it's a pleasure, I'm not looking too much but here there is everything you need as well as air conditioners, fridge, TV but for me it's just dusting, comfortable room and it's not expensive kindly it's available for any problem, kindly, there is a park which is wonderfully looked after... what do you want, the swimming pool is missing but there is the sea with all the comforts... I've finished my holidays but the nostalgia of the place is missing...

+: Beautiful hotel with lots of vegetation. Spacious room and dirty bathroom too.-: you sometimes hear music from the bars next door, especially in the ventilation of the toilets, and there is a smell of old in the room when you enter (maybe it comes from the air conditioning). Also, everything is subject to a deposit in case of damage and even the glass water bottles placed in the roomOverall good stay!

This was a beautiful place to stay, the room was lovely and so cheap with a fridge and everything. The garden out the front was lovely as well. The bathroom did have a smell to it that wasn't great so we kept the fan on but that is in most budget places.Would definitely come back!

If the hotel staff doesn't want to work in service, let's leave. Hire someone he is more capable. People who smile are friendly It's not the person who looks like a dog is going to bite the guest right now.
