Terrible establishment.Arriving around 10 a.m. I didn't see anyone at the “reception”. Hotel not found and in an alley worthy of a horror film. I came back twice, one and two hours later, still no one. I called out to the voice asking if anyone was there. A person came out of their room half undressed and literally just waking up asking me if I had a reservation. I said yes. She told me ok but give me 20 minutes to clean the room.Returning 20 minutes later I was able to “discover” the room. Despicable. Terrible smell, cold with the air conditioning set to 20 and dirt on the floor, walls.... Mold everywhere as well as holes with the exterior. Moreover, as soon as I put my hand on the sink to brush my teeth, the sink almost knocked it over.In short, when it was time to sleep, I realized that there were no sheets under the blanket, which was both dirty looking and stinky. I found black hair on the house sheets even though I'm blonde... in short, the mattress was catastrophic but let's move on. It was noisy and had a hole in the center.THE WORST was at night, a lot of noise until 1:30 a.m. when the neighboring boxing ring closed. This was without counting the music from the nearby bars or the roommates in the middle of the room. Impossible to sleep until 3:30 a.m. due to the noise, and the itching of follies.In addition, I spent the night scratching all over my body and having large red patches appear. I started to be able to doze around 6:30 in the morning. And without a cover because it was infested with I don't know what.In short, horrible and I didn't sleep all night. It's 3:30 p.m. and I still have itching on my body and patches.Even if the hotel is not expensive, it is to be avoided, you will sleep much better in hostels which are cheaper and much more pleasant.Scandalous state, scandalous reception too. This dump should not even be offered as a hotel. It should be closed.

Very attentive staff. There was a problem with the reservation and they managed to give us another room despite being full. Phi Phi is very expensive, so an accommodation of this price is cheap. Don't expect luxury but it's correct.

I stayed here 4 nights as a young, female solo traveller. I felt safe & protected by the two running hospitality here. The man specifically (more English fluent) had warm, friendly energy and was always there to help or wish me a good day. I came here for the cheaper rooms but stayed because of the great hospitality, how safe, and accommodating I felt by the front staff.

Luckily we only stayed one day.At the time of check-in the woman was very unpleasant to us. First we arrived and there was no one, we started saying "Hello", until he came down repeating what we were saying in a mocking tone. Secondly, once we had seen the room, we asked him for a blanket and he bounced the broom he was using in protest, since the sheet was missing. Finally he gave us sheets for single beds for a double.Regarding the room, only the bed was clean, the floor was full of hair and dead flies. The bathroom was not that dirty.It is located in a central area, but with a lot of atmosphere that makes it difficult to sleep, fortunately, we were already warned and brought earplugs.The last day the woman was much nicer, which surprised us and I thank her for that. There was also a young worker who made our stay much easier, thank you for that.Add that the photographs of the place are outdated and misleading. Attached pictures.

Bathrooms very clean showers hot good pressure, perfect location, clean beds. Saw a lot of negative reviews but didn’t understand at all, just people with stupidly high expectations I guess.

Dirty, moldy and disgusting. No window for ventilation. It stinks and there is mold everywhere.In addition, you can't sleep because the boxing arena next door is extremely loud.Never again!

I was in this shithole for one night, you can see the mold everywhere around the bed, in the bathroom and on the wall and on the doors.The room had no window.The house is in the middle of garbage, it's not possible to sleep until 2 a.m. because it's very, very loud.Never again, stay away, pure waste of money.Absolutely mangy 😬.

With a 5.3 on booking I already had an idea. We were lucky to have good roommates but fair hygiene, good service but there was a problem with the water that they claim was general throughout the island (a lie, other hostels were able to shower and use the water without a problem) and we spent almost a whole day without water. I wouldn't repeat but it was one of the few options left in PhiPhi.

Staff were nice. This review is from a family with 1 child.Location is ok if you like high music until 2400 when the nearby boxing bar stops their activity.Can be ok if you get drunk and want to stay out late.It is in an ideal location for a party people.Beds were basic, no sheets.Very clean in the room.Showers were the best, worked very nice. A refrigerator, boiler and AC in the room.We booked 2 nights but could not stand the party atmosphere from Koh Phi Phi so we moved out after one night to Koh Muk.It was not the right place for us but can work for party people.

During our 3 night stay we came across 2 waorms and a cockroach. It was dirty and everything was sticky. It was really noisy as it is next to the box ring.Good for the money but it could be cheaper was what it is.The island is small so every hotel is in a good location

It is a good deal according to the price.I stayed there 4 nights in a 12-person room, and I didn't have any inconvenience.The bed had courtains so you have a little of privacy when you sleep and also we had 3 bathroom only for our room.The bathrooms were clean every day, and the receptionist was always there to help with any inconvenience.

Our room was clean; bathroom never had any issues with shower and toilet; no bugs no mosquitos and ac worked just fine. We had our concerns but we had a pleasant stay for 4 nights including 31.12. The location is superb; in the middle of everything and you are not really affected by bars & clubs around. The alley leading to the rooms isnt clean and it has a smell but your completely fine in your room so overall it is a cheap good room with perfect location.

The lady has some problems with herself.We were supposed to stay in the hostel.Short story:When we came I asked her if I can see the room first because she immediately wanted the money ( plus 200 baht for the key)She started acting strange like we can go somewhere else she doesn't want us here.... I mean I just asked to see the room 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️.Not recommended!!!!!If you want to work with ppl first learn how to talk with ppl...

Please do not stay here. it is not lucky!! or worth a penny to stay, absolutely awful and dirty room. we were fighting off mosquitoes from the moment we arrived. and had to kill cockroaches. me and my partner had to book another hotel for the night as this was not a nice place to sleep in🤮

absolute worst place you can stay. i was literally robbed by the owner. checked in, saw bed bugs on the bed, in a smelly, dingy room, said i changed my mind and want to stay elsewhere. this all happened within 10 minutes. she said she cant give me a refund because “her boss is outside of the country and she needs his approval”. she owns the place. left such a bitter taste in my mouth that if even one person reads this and doesn’t stay then at least my $10 won’t have gone to waste.

Certainly the price per night is low but I understand better why.The person at reception is unpleasant to a point….The room is dirty, ants and cockroaches will invite themselves among you at night. A smell of trash and humidity will perfume your night.And finally cancellation of our second night without refund or valid reason.Next time I will read the reviews before booking…. TO RUN AWAY!!!!!
