It was a good place to stay good price good rooms it is good for backpackers room is good only shower is confusing and the service is ok you go to mr T his shop and their you do evrything the location is amazing its in the middle of koh tao next to beach you can see squirrels in the trees and i even saw a monitor lizard good plaze

This place is very good. We hadn't booked and we booked right away. For 5 nights. The rooms with fans are not as cool, but it was our choice, we could have paid more for a room with a toilet. The staff was always super attentive. We leave a deposit and return it at the end. If I came back I would stay here again. It is in the calmest part of Koh Tao, a two-minute walk away provides access to practically deserted beaches.

BE CAREFUL AT CHECK-OUT!!!! TO READ ! This is a known scam and unfortunately we have also experienced it here. Here's the story: we book 1 night with Booking, everything goes well, we can then test the accommodation and ultimately we were very happy with the bungalow, no noise, pretty, air conditioning that works and no street to climb, close to the center. Really happy with Save Bungalows we then decided to book 4 additional nights directly with them. At the store the reservation is made, the owner's daughter records everything in her notebook and we pay by credit card (fortunately!) We have proof of payment, the daughter has a receipt with our signature. Everything seemed well done. We leave the requested deposit.At check-out, what a surprise! The owner, the mother of the girl in the store, tells us that we have not paid, she is wasting time, she knows that we have our ferry to catch in 30 minutes, she persists in saying that her board does not indicate no payment. Fortunately we had kept the receipt for our payment which we presented. Luckily we had this paper from them. Despite everything, she insists, “no paid”. He is asked to look in his daughter's receipts, we see the receipt and show him our signature. Then we tell him that we can show him the transfer to our account. Finally she said nothing more, she had no more excuses and gave us our deposit without the slightest politeness...The worst thing is that we had trust, we were nice to the whole family, we said hello every time, we did our shopping in their store, we paid for a "laundry" at their place.During this 4-week stay, we often changed accommodation and we experienced this unpleasant “check-out” surprise 3 times. We knew about the scooter scam in Koh TAO which we witnessed among other people and in front of us, we discovered the “surprise check-out!”Already 6 times in Thailand, we love the Thais, many are honest, and we must preserve those.

Clean places to stay, I recommend the air con units as the fans might not hit home - they didn’t for me. But the owner is nice and so are the staff always have a smile on their face and greet you when they see you. Can be confusing where to check in, there’s a general store next to the dive center before the bungalows. Go there first.

It was exactly the rights place for us to be in the center of the city, close to the padi club we choose. 3 minutes walk from the beach, 10 mn from the dock, 15mn from the nice animated street of Sairee. Great services, great people’s.

Very nice atmosphere, cosy terrace, but bed was really hard, tap was dripping water (loud at night) in the bathroom, and bungalow gets really hot during the day. Good and quiet location I would recommend

This was actually a pleasant surprise considering the reviews seem a little off.It’s an easy walk from the pier, the road turns dirt and quiet. Check in was easy and signage was visible. Mr. T’s mini mart has goods super close.Room isn’t brand new but it’s great. Maybe updates have been made, but pillows were comfortable, bed felt new and extra firm is not a bad thing! Sheets & towels smelled lovely and weren’t overly scented. Refrigerator, hot water, AC and fan (I never turn on TVs,) and a nice seating area on porch. You could stay here and walk to everything you need or explore with a scooter next door rental was easy.Master Diver was great and close and not overly crowded! Moonlight BBQ was incredible and very reasonably priced. Goodtimes had great live music. Kinnesee was ammmazing, go see Moany.My only issue was the neighbors who partied loud and the constant TV sounds nearby but that’s not the properties fault, being headphones.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Beware of theft of women's underwearI had all my women's underwear stolen (only the stockings😳). When talking about this to the boss, the latter laughs about it and says that it has already happened in some bungalows. However, the cameras are broken and have not been changed for several months 😅

The first impression was good, but it's easy to be mistaken. Anyone who decides to spend the night in one of these has decided to live in harmony with the ant trail and the many salamanders. There are gaps everywhere and the windows cannot be sealed. The bed was comfortable.

This place is very affordable and you get what you pay for. I would definitely book a room with AC even if it is a bit more expensive it will make the whole experience much more pleasant. I wish I had done it the room was 10 times warmer than outside. Watch out for the rooster or bring ear plugs.

Meh! A series of problems to check in. Had to pay more for an air con room when I clearly booked it from Agoda. Room was very BASIC.

The location is great! The bungalows are fine.We booked a room with air conditioning through Agoda and paid more for it. We received one on site that only had a fan. The owner had received another booking from Agoda and said he couldn't help us. We then had to contact Agoda ourselves and ultimately only got a discount, but no other room. Since this happens often according to reviews, I think the owner could correct this "mistake".

Very good value for money. The rooms with the fan are not hot, but there are quite a few mosquitoes. The impractical toilet. Very nice place with bungalows and very well located near the port but quiet!

Location is very nice: just in front of the beach.
Room is good: bed, bathroom are Asian standard, just good. There is a small terrace at every bungalow which is very nice.

Definetely good for the price. Very nice staff and close to the pier which was helpful. Only stayed 1 night, would recommend staying somewhere else if you plan visiting for a longer duration.

300 meters from the port, 50 meters from the bungalow to the sea. Clean rooms, wonderful helpful staff, shared kitchen. The downsides are weak internet and hard mattresses (we like hard mattresses 🤭)
