Large and comfortable rooms. Good location if you rent a motorcycle since walking is far away. At the hotel they have a motorcycle rental service.The only bad thing is that they don't offer breakfast, although there are several places nearby to have breakfast.

The hotel and its facilities are good and new, nice and spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, good restaurants. The location is a bit far from the village but it is a 15 minutes walk that can be done. There is a tiny gym. The staff are nice. Unfortunately they are obsessed with rules and extra charging for everything. If only they were more flexible they could please much more their customers (in the end you say no to any stupid charge they come up with).

The hotel owner and staff are excellent. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, they offer motorbike rentals, making it easy to explore the entire island. The street in front of the hotel has many places to eat, and there is a convenience store nearby. If you value privacy, I highly recommend this place. I came with 13 friends, and everyone was very impressed.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and very modern. However, the restaurant and its staff leave something to be desired. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and we had to go to the bar ourselves and order. After that we waited 45 minutes before getting our dishes. In the burger I took the burger and fries formula. Literally 10 fries were served. when I made a complaint I was suggested to pay 60THB extra to get fries even though I paid the extra with my burger. Condescending looks from the manager. Waiting 45 minutes to get 10 fries with a burger is a scandal, especially when no action is taken.The young man who welcomed us was, however, friendly and helpful and we thank him for that.The hotel is nice but the friendliness of some members of the staff is not up to par.

Despite its modern appearance, it is not entirely comfortable, they offer almost or no bar service. The hot water in the shower is warm. The receptionist doesn't know anything (be careful with his level of English). 20' walk from the main street, (motorcycle essential). It's not a bad hotel but I wouldn't repeat it with other options.

This absolutely beautiful and gorgeous little haven on the island offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Room is very clean. Pool is gorgeous. It’s close enough to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and even massage and gym facilities, yet tucked away to provide the peace and serenity you crave on a vacation. The hotel manager is super nice, helped me extended my stay, booked my tickets, and found my forgotten AirPods upon check out. If I ever come back to the island, this would be the hotel I’d stay again!

The hotel is super clean and has everything you need. On top of that, the staff is absolutely amazing! They will do anything to make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Book as much through them as possible. And definitely rent your motorbike here if you plan on driving

Very clean hotel. Pleasant staff!You have to book the return boat with them otherwise you have to pay for transport to go to the port. Too bad it’s not included in the hotel service.Good and quiet location but absolutely necessary to have a scooter.

Nice modern hotel away from the noise of Sairee Beach but close enough to walk. Excellent pool for cooling off and near a supermarket and lots of restaurants. Staff helpful and will book trips and ferry. Free shuttle when booking a ferry and 150 Baht per person for pier pickup

Nice modern hotel just outside of the busy area of the island. The room was spacious with a quiet A/C and the whole property is well maintained and in a super clean state.

I was happy with what I've got for the price. Pool bar was closed and you had to go to reception to get drinks. Room was really nice, strong and quiet AC, very good shower with cold water and good pressure (not standard in Tao). Pool was cold (again not standard in Tao) enough to have a swim.Edit after reading other reviews: I really like pools and the ability to cool down in them and I choose accommodations based on pools to some degree. Koh Tao is not Phuket. Infrastructure (water/electricity) are still a luxury. I stayed in several places and you won't find a better pool in Tao in this price range.My main issue was with the pool area. Everything is covered in black tiles which get super hot. There is not any shade anywhere. If you want to hide from the sun, you need to go to your room. Your beer gets warm in a couple minutes. Even after you finally get some shade after 5pm, everything is still super hot for hours. Hotel could really use something to cover sunbeds from sun or at least provide umbrellas. When I was there people were using empty mineral water bottles to get water from the pool just to cool down sunbeds.

Great facilities clean rooms ,scooter hire all in one and cheap transfers to the ferry I left an item in the bathroom and they were very kind and posted it to my next accomodation in bangkok .I can't thank them enough . I will definitely stay here again
