Pictures don’t show the reality of this property.No cleaning, No Bar or Restaurant provided.So I don’t understand why they say that they have all these facilities when acutely they don’t have any of them, plus the owner didn’t give me any advice at the arrival, any welcoming attitude, just cares about the money. Very bad maintenance m, bathroom disgusting. I try to spend 1 night booked already but next day I left, he kept the rest of my money, didn’t care at all of the reasons why I run away. Also the door in the room can be opened very easily and I could hear everything from next room.So no pleasant stay there.I paid 80€ x 3 nights, stayed only 1 night, the place doesn’t worth any of this amount paid. I don’t understand why the owner doesn’t care at all of maintenance and cleaning. Not nice attitude at all. Ah I also asked the laundry, I paid of course before having it done, and when he gave me back my clothes, they were still stinky and not clean at all!!!! Pleaseeeee you need to care about your place and your customers! Lack of respect!

Small, on the ocean, not really walking distance to much, but can rent scooters on the spot and cruise the whole island in just a couple of days.

Beachside at the bottom of a steep concrete path from the main road. Accessible by scooter. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset. Calm and warm. Bedroom in the main building with large beds. It is quite hot. 1 socket at the entrance. Good for 2 nights max.

Excellent view from the shared terrace of my room. This justifies the 4 stars. While the location of the structure is inconvenient and far from any point of supply of basic necessities, including water.There was less than the essentials in the room (two beds, a poorly positioned fan, no wardrobe and a toilet area with a poorly functioning shower and no hot water), the cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the environment I experienced was dilapidated old and neglected (poorly functioning windows and partially detached mosquito nets).I cannot comment on the catering service because it was not used, while the linen was in poor condition.I wouldn't go back.

Very nice bungalows at a fair price. Sure it's in the middle of nowhere, so you need a bike. They can provide. Fan and ac bungalows. Ac one's has also a fridge. For 500 that's a bargain.

For the price you pay it is a paradise and it has the best food, and the best views and you are walking distance from what for me I think is one of the best beaches in Kho Pha Ngan, I don't usually comment on any place I go but I think the place and especially the man who gives you the keys to your room, cooks for you etc. are a 10!!!

Very well located hotel right on the seaside of BAAN TAI. too calm and it feels great. however the room is very basic with fan and cold water. but it's definitely worth the detour

2 star hotel with 5 star views. I stayed in an air conditioned, seaview room. I wouldn’t consider staying in the other type of room. The view from my terrace was breathtaking. Inside the room was nothing spectacular, actually it was just OK but it was clean. I was here for full moon and didn’t want to spend too much and the price was unbeatable. The room was directly on the beach and the A/C in my room worked really well. My only issues is that there isn’t a sheet between you and the blanket and I’m almost certain that they don’t wash the blankets between guests. So I purchased my own sheet in town. I would stay here again. Definitely. Only 7 minutes to full moon party.

Stayed in February 2022. Sometimes I was the only guest. It was super quiet in the day and in the night. Only the waves and the birds make noise. Due to Covid there are not too many food options. I walked along the beach to Thong Sala in the evening for food. I got a really good price and for what you pay this place is a 5 star place.
