Everything was perfect ! It was very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful and the room amazing ; AC+fan, soap, hairdryer, 2 towels/person. We also had the breakfast included which was good. I do recommend !

The location of the hotel is nice and far from the center, giving a quieter feeling, but unfortunately, this is the only bright spot we had.We arrived at the hotel with a strong smell of urine in the bathroom, if that was the only problem we could have dealt with it, but we woke up in the morning next to the noise of renovations, sawing, and drilling in our neighborhood. As if they put us near a construction site.In addition, when we wanted to go for a walk in the morning, the woman at the reception told us that even though we had paid for 2 nights at the hotel, there was a group coming to it and we had to clear our things at that moment. We were shocked, and we didn't understand why this was happening after we had already paid for the hotel. She apologized and said it was not her decision, and moved us to another hotel under the same owners.We will not return just because of the treatment we received.

Loved my stay at Bamboo huts in Khao Sok. The room is a decent size, very clean with tiled floors and en suite bathroom. TV, aircon and fan are included as well as a mini bar fridge. It's walking distance to the park entrance and main strip with restaurants etc. A lovely place to stay.

The room was dirty. The bathroom light didn't work, we told the reception but they didn't come or care.The attention from the staff is null and inadequate.

The attention is zero, there is no way to contact the accommodation once you make the reservation. And when you are there, the staff does not attend to you properly. The place could be much better if it weren't so neglected. I have been to other accommodations in the area with much better quality-price ratio.

Cleanliness and service are satisfactory. You should just make sure that the room you choose is equipped with AC otherwise you won't be able to sleep there.

Very cool experience to stay in a bamboo hut. You have a little terrace that is very nice to lounge on. Staff is so kind and helpful. This is huge bang for buck. Extremely worth it. There is a restaurant down the way from here called Rasta house and we ate there every night. Highly recommend.

We did see big roaches in the room, but that sort of comes with the territory. The people are very friendly and helpful and the huts are nice.

Paradise, the place, splendid, the prices: above all, contact them for all excursions etc, to come there and leave... ultra helpful, I arrive at 8 hours from KhaoLak, and I ask... - she telephone, and yes great, the same day at 8:30 a.m. I leave for the Lake for the day.. one more night and tomorrow I leave again, we hear the birds enough to enjoy, and very little to sleep, a Paradise, the place is ideal to relax a bit, away from the noise, the nights pleasantly cool compared to the south, the only place where during the night I got into the sheets. I recommend a minimum of three nights on the first and third to rest and enjoy the landscapes and more if you like nature.

Great stay for the money you pay. Don't expect luxury, just simple huts. There are openings in the houses through which bugs come through. Or those that gnaw at the hut at night.10 minutes walk to the main street.

Staff are super helpful and friendly. We opted to do the smiley national park tour and staff let us leave our bags in storage for the night we weren’t there. Rooms are very spacious, mosquito net was very welcomed. Bathrooms are large also. 10 minute walk to the Main Street with many restaurants and some nicknack shops. Plenty of wildlife around also.

Great value for the price, we stayed at a deluxe double hut with airconditioning. Clean room and good bed. The jungle ambiance was quite the experience and nice to hear the sound of frogs, gecko’s and grasshoppers while falling asleep. The lady at the reception was great and for the next day we booked the overnight lake tour to Cheow Lak lake for 2800 thb per person (this also included a night safari into the national park on the day that we arrived).The lake tour on a longtail boat was fun with a hike to and in a cave, hiking up a waterfall and seeing the Guilin of Thailand. Also at the floating hut we could take a kayak or go swimming.Be sure to bring a rain coat or poncho as the monsoons can be quit heavy during rainy season!The lady from the hotel also helped us to book a van to Krabi for our next destination for 350 thb per person. Options for 7:00 and 9:30 departure and takes 2-2.5 hours to get there.
