Dirty, worn, outdated. We had booked 3 nights, but check out after one night. We have booked a room for two adults and two children. But do not get extra beds for the children. Only one double bed for 4 people. After much discussion, we get a new room with two single beds. The outdoor areas are terrible. The pool is dirty. From the sun terrace, it is 4 meters straight down into the rocks, without protection.Garbage everywhere.

My husband and I recently spent four days at a resort near the sea. Although the location was fantastic, we were disappointed with the service and the air conditioning that didn't cool enough. Moreover, leaving the resort was quite challenging as my husband had to walk through the sea, over rocks in order to get out. If you come back after sunset, it's advisable to carry a torch and watch out for crabs. We wouldn't recommend this resort for elderly customers. The breakfast offerings were limited and the prices were too high considering the facilities provided.

Great place to rest in the middle of paradise! The location is great to have nothing surronding you but the village next to it is quite small, there are no streets on the hotel back so you have to cross all the beach (15 min walk in the middle of rocks and water if the sea is up) when you don't go by boat, sunny in the pool usually til 2pm after that only sun on the sea.The crew of the hotel is brilliant, one of the best ever from the pool guy to the cleaners not forgetting the receptionists.Important to say that is hard to come back by night (after 8pm) from Koh Phi Phi Don (expensive and lack of boats providing on those hours)

Where do I start... First we were taken over from Tonsai by boat. When we arrived about 100m from the beach far into the sea, we stood there. Boat couldn't go further out because the tide was out and it wasn't quite possible. The onboard crew jumped into the water because the boat could no longer move and tried to carry our luggage 100m through the sea. The people stood in water that was up to their chests. Since it was very windy that day, people kept getting hit by the waves. We called the hotel reception. This required us to walk through the sea to get to the beach. Since the sea was very turbulent, this was not possible without further danger. There were four people on board who could not swim.We called reception again but they hung up on us. At some point we were just turned away and no one answered the phone. We were very awkward as the crew on board also couldn't speak English. We tried to reach the neighboring hotel as it had small boats that could be used to take us ashore. Absolutely nothing was done by the staff to get us out of this situation safely. In the end we all jumped into the water and went to reception soaked through. Once there it was not possible to speak to the staff because they hardly spoke English. The hotel was aware of the situation between low and high tide as it has a plan that provides information about the time between low and high tide. We were not informed about this. It is also not possible to leave the hotel complex easily, as the way to or from the hotel to the next village is impossible due to the flood without having to walk through the water.I called booking because I didn't want to stay there anymore and wanted to cancel the hotel without losing my money.Booking told me that the hotel wasn't accessible, so I had to stay there as I wouldn't have had anywhere else to go. Unfortunately, the neighboring hotel was far too expensive, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel. In general the hotel is very deserted. There is a lack of staff. The gap between the windows and window frames, as well as between the door and the door frame, was so big that we had three small lizards in the room and bathroom during the two nights we were there. Window in the bathroom cannot be closed completely. Sink full of ants. The hotel does not have its own beach, so you have to use the beach next door. The sea is also not particularly suitable for swimming. The hotel has a pool, but it's pretty run down so you don't like spending time in it.Breakfast wasn't always the same, as one day there was hearty food and the other was missing more than half of the selection. In summary the hotel is disorganized. Much, much too expensive for what is offered.
