We slept one night in a room above the lobby. The general condition of the room is dated and damaged. In addition, holes in the pillowcase. Balcony door closes poorly.And in particular the bathroom: dirty mirror, dirty walls, calcified tap and countertop, shower cabin with limescale/mould, shower head spraying in all directions, toilet with poor flushing, keeps running. The sink tap also continues to run. DO NOT use soapA hundred meters away is a large beach club with loud music that can be heard in the room until late at night.We do not understand why this hotel gets a score of 8 on booking sites. As far as we are concerned, it doesn't even get a 3. However, the breakfast was good.

Don’t stay in the Sunrise suite! Perhaps the other rooms are better but it’s old, noisy, had centipedes, dogs barking, music thumping, etc. etc. …

Nice and welcoming place. A little dated in the furnishings and in some common areas, but all in all a nice place. The internal garden that leads you to the swimming pool and the restaurant is beautiful. The location is good because it is in the central area but being a side street it doesn't have all the traffic noise. However, there are discos or open-air pubs with very loud music until 6 in the morning. Therefore not recommended for light sleepers. I think that in this area, finding a truly quiet place is impossible. However, the pool is nice, small but practically in the sea. Ilare in front of the structure is very low and with lots of algae because in front there are rocks that stop the waves and keep the sea completely flat. However, within walking distance there are open beaches and a wonderful sea. The hotel staff is really very friendly and helpful and therefore nothing to say, in perfect Thai style!

The location is great for Chaweng nightlife. We decided to go to the beach at high tide. Unfortunately you couldn't see all the stones in the water. The next morning at low tide we saw the stone desert. There is a beautifully landscaped garden, unfortunately with many small mosquitoes.The flight path is directly above the hotel. After 7:30, sleep is out of the question.

The location is perfect, room and aircon are good but pool is green, breakfast not amazing, no bio milk, and service very bad, bad communication, asked for toilet paper and wasn't even answered, left a charger in the room called and message and disappeared. As I complain for some reason I could not review them on booking, so weird!! I am adding here. Not worth the price, better options around

Nice place! I stayed in the garden bungalows. Very quiet and close to the pool and ocean and restaurant. It was very nice for the price. I would definitely come again.

The location is beautiful. The rooms and service on the other hand…The bedrooms are smelly and the bathrooms contain a penetrating odor of sewer.Apart from the smell there were also cockroaches coming out of the sink.The interior is outdated and brings you back to a pre-war wannabe rich hotel.I spoke to other people that stayed here and they said they had a lot of bedbugs.If you want to go to see Thai’ special insects, you might consider Montien.

Stayed one night in a room above the lobby area that was clean and tidy apart from the shower. The shower had a build up of grime around the taps and shower heads. The walk down to their restaurant and pool is quick. The food was delicious and appropriately priced. The staff were friendly and helpful when booking a taxi and anything else we needed.

Ideally located for those looking for a quiet, resort holiday with the provision for a short walk and a big night on the town. Well-equipped in terms of beachfront pool, restaurant, and spacious rooms / bungalows, while also deceptively close to many prime restaurants and nightclubs in the Chaweng Beach area. Staff are very friendly and attentive, providing great recommendations for local attractions or assist with any room issues. Will absolutely stay again!

Our family of 4 stayed here for almost a week this summer and our experience was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was equipped with indoor and outdoor shower, king size bed with extra twin sleeper. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect if you want to have walkable access to malls, nite markets, restaurants, massages… The restaurant on site is sooo underrated! Food was delicious, portions were large and prices were affordable. You could tell the chef paid attention to detail and sourced the best ingredients. We should’ve tried it out sooner!

The environment is extremely relaxing. A vacation to never want to leave. The villa personal rooms are the best privacy rooms with your pool. Beautiful decorations karge room with an awesome shower. The people wprking here are polite and helpful. Convenient kn all all needs with in walking range and outside activities with easy access. However no elevators if on balcony rooms. So if walking is difficulty bebsurento have bottom floor room's. As well as sidewalks are uneven rocky peices be careful. But lots of attractions . Enjoy
