Pito was a great host. The location is great, down the quiet end of fisherman's village but just minutes walk away from the main strip. Beautiful simple room with a lovely balcony literally overhanging the sand.

If you want the best sea-view in Kohsamui you are in the right place. The room was Amazing, also the staff was amazing and all services was wonderful. Choose this hotel and you will have a fantastic experience. I want advise this beautiful hotel!!

We had the large apartment and it was exactly like the photos. Really wonderful. Pinto was always there for us. The only thing was that it was very noisy, at least if you had the windows facing the street. Otherwise it was really incredibly beautiful here

Amazing sea view. Good location. So many restaurants are so close. Massage places just 30 steps))) Aircond works so good. Just 1 thing what is not good-the street leading to hotel closed after 6pm till 10-11pm and there is police men doesn’t let go.

Where do I start, was greeted by Pito when we arrived who was amazing throughout our whole stay, our rooms weren't ready but we sat had a coffee then left our bags and went off to explore. Pito sent me a message when room was ready.It's a great location for everything and there's parking just down the road for 100 baht a day/night which I defo recommend renting a car.Lovely restaurants nearby cocotamz has the best fire show I've seen in thailand, and the beach riveria was.worth every penny and more the room was amazing shower perfect, fresh water daily and a stocked minibar.I honestly can not wait to come back and stay here again thank you for an amazing stay time and looking after us.

Perfect little hotel with nice touches to make the guests comfortable. Wonderfully decorated rooms with everything you need including free water, tea, coffee etc. we loved the quietness but also proximity to the village with a very attentive host. Always there to help out, nothing is too much and incredibly friendly.Very clean room, freshened up every day and simply lovely people all around. Housekeeping somehow always managed to get our room done at any time of the day we weren‘t there, it all worked flawlessly! We can‘t recommend this place highly enough and will return for sure.

I'll admit that when we first arrived here we were a bit disappointed but that was my own fault as I hadn't done my research properly and in the absence of a pool, the sea wasn't worthy of swimming in. There was also no breakfast included. Again it was something I knew when I booked so my own fault.Anyway, after meeting the owners and having countless jokes with Pito I began liking the place. I run an airbnb myself and I know how hard it can be to please a guest. Pito was on hand at all times if we needed anything. Any issues were sorted quickly and that is the sign of a good place and good service.There is breakfast available at 250b every morning but we changed our schedules to suit ourselves and woke up a bit later to have brunch in several restaurants in the Village (go to the restaurant across the road in the evening, it is really good and reasonably priced!!).We enjoyed our stay, the location is magnificent and the view is priceless, I don't think it can be beaten.For those with kids, there is also a laundry service. I think it is 60 baht per kilo which is really helpful! We also hired a car with recommendations from Pito. No issues with the hire and all was good.Come and enjoy your stay here but just bear in mind there is no pool BUT you can go to The Deck!

I slept in a room with a mountain view. The room was very nicely decorated. A comfortable bed, a great bathroom. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is aimed directly at the bed.Since the room faced the street, it was sometimes noisy. You could also hear the neighbors in the hotel very loudly.

I was lucky enough to stay in three hotel rooms. Satisfied with absolutely everything!Atmospheric, photogenic and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very convenient location, everything is nearby. Friendly and responsive manager! It is clear that the person is passionate about his work. And it’s really nice to relax there! I recommend!

Had the most amazing week in Riviera! Amazing hotel, beautiful room and in the perfect location in Fisherman’s Village. Pito, the manager was just amazing! He made my stay, super friendly and would help with anything. The hotel also own The Deck beach club which was also amazing! 10/10 food, people and view!

The hotel has a good location. Some people have written here that it was loud at night, but I can't agree with that. (Although our room was on the street side.)Maybe it was just quieter for us.Otherwise, you just walk a few meters and you are right next to cafés, restaurants and a few shops.Important for anyone who wants to rent a scooter: The street is closed from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and we even had a police officer at the barrier to keep an eye on things.But you can park your scooter directly in front of the hotel.Otherwise very nice, although I would definitely choose the lake side next time.The rooms are absolutely fine, even if the air conditioning was aimed directly at the bed. (Some people probably like this, but you also run the risk of catching a cold at night.)Unfortunately, the toilet doors are also sliding things that can take the relationship to the next (perhaps unwanted) level. 😂Otherwise the host was very nice and you are right on the beach.Unfortunately, the beach itself is not ideal and has relatively coarse sand.
