When we visited this place it was relatively empty. The place seemed deserted but it was still good with Mr.Black. The room was clean and it's in a good location.

Room are dirty. Shower is all broken the sink was clogged I find a razor in the bathroom …..no sheets on the bed and ac are black with mold .pictures will come tomorrow I can’t believe how bad this is

Warning!!! Do not stay at this hotel they will steal your moneyWe had booked to stay at Mr black for the full moon party on new years when my partner became seriously ill with a leg infection we were told by the hospital to go immediately back to mainland. We told staff the situation and that we would have to leave the next morning on New Year’s Eve. When speaking with Agoda they declined to refund us our two Nights accommodation we didn’t use. This hotel is completely unethical and goes against basic human rights all they care about is your money we spent 30 000 baht on medical bills and were told if we didn’t go back to mainland that day he could have died. We sent photos and medical reports to the hotel but they still denied giving us a refund. After the trauma and stress we have gone through I have never been treated like this by any hotel ever. This “hotel” should not be operating. It’s actually disgusting that they have no compassion or morals. My partner was in a life threatening situation and all they care about is money. Please do not support this place take your money elsewhere.

Terrible. Rooms are very old. Reception is inside a mini-market. Shower water pressure is very low. The rooms are dirty and it looks like no one even tried to clean them (sand and dead insects on the floor that would easily come off if someone tried). A/C and hot water in the shower kept turning off (we had to reset the switch in the electricity closet).Would never stay again.

The owner of the house went on vacation and left his nice daughter Loli to work in the guest house, a nice maidShe did a good job, but alone it's tough. Laundry services (for a fee), reasonable shower, air conditioner, comfortable bed, safe, wifi, room on the beach.

We are finishing a 4 day stay at the hotel and are very disappointed. First of all we were told that children of any age are welcome but when we arrived at the hotel there was no cot to give us. Secondly, they don't come to clean the room at all, even though I asked several times. They don't change sheets, they don't bring clean towels. And then during check-out they convey that the towels are dirty (after bringing 2 towels for 4 people for 4 days).Beyond that, the room is full of ants - the floor, the bed, the towels.the pool is dirty,The toilets are disgusting. And on top of all this - the price is much higher than the surrounding hotels.In short, don't come to this hotel.

The location is incorrect in google, it was hard to find it. Then, the room was dirty, the AC was broken and some dirtiness come out into the bed. We had to sleep all in the same bed because they didn’t change us the room.The staff cheat us and made us pay for a towel, because they said that was dirty… don’t come to this hotel, it would have been better to stay in the beach!No vayáis a este sitio, te timan por todos los lados. Habitación sucia, aire acondicionado Estropeado que echaba trozos blancos que caen en la cama. Todo mal, no perdáis el dinero en este sitio.

Resort next to the sea The atmosphere is good. There is also a swimming pool. The room is spacious and the bed is soft and comfortable. **But there is no TV in the room. Very surprising? Overall it's ok, a good hotel when you come during the full moon party.
