I recently found myself in Phuket Town desperately searching for nearby hotels as my family and I needed a place to rest for the night. Amidst the frantic search, this particular hotel popped up on our screen. With the lateness of the hour and our tired son in tow, we hastily booked a room, lured in by its seemingly affordable price and proximity to our location.However, upon confirmation of our booking and payment via credit card, I was shocked to discover that the hotel's actual location was nowhere near our intended destination. In fact, it was a staggering 2 hours and 39 minutes away, spanning a distance of 177.8 kilometers. Feeling deceived by what seemed to be false advertising, I promptly reached out to the hotel a few days later, politely requesting a refund due to the misrepresentation of their location.To my dismay, the response I received from the owner was less than satisfactory. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a solution, they simply retorted with the unhelpful remark, "My hotel is on Google Maps." This dismissive and arrogant response left me feeling utterly frustrated and disappointed.In conclusion, my experience with this hotel was marred by their lack of accountability and professionalism. I cannot recommend a place that not only misleads its customers but also responds to valid concerns with such rudeness and disregard.

We booked for a week and it was great, the welcome is not what you expect. If you expect it to be a hotel where they give you a coconut upon arrival and dance Thai dances, this is not your place. It is a humble place managed by a humble family that is not very talkative but very helpful and polite, I had read horrible comments about this place but it was not like that for us, the room is old but for that price in that area you will not find anything better, believe me, You can't expect to pay little and have a suite from the Ritz. We stayed in a double with a baby (2 years old) and we didn't have any problems, typical of this country, greckos, ants and some other smell in the bathroom but little else, if it is true that in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms they should to do them a little more thoroughly, both with the dust and by checking the bottom or interior of the furniture. Otherwise, the man who ran it was always attentive, we had all the water and paper we wanted, they got us a helmet for our son and the scooter was free included in the price of the room, the laundry was cheap with soap to wash, and Arabica coffee for a fabulous price we will definitely repeat if we return. You will be close to the best beaches in Krabi for little money, in a comfortable room and with the most vehicle you could ask for. Thanks family

I had reserved 2 rooms for 2 people in this hotel which is now called Tubkaek mansion. It looks like an abandoned hotel when you get there. Very cold welcome. The boss wanted to put us in a single room with a single bed even though I had paid for two rooms. He asked me to cancel and as a result I have to pay costs. When I came back to tell him that I was not reimbursed in full, he invented a second room to blame me for the cancellation... Dishonest behavior. First time this has happened to me in all my travels. Peaceful accommodation, the room was clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and considerate. The owner provided a scooter for free, which was easy to get around Krabi. Tub Kaek beach is one of the most beautiful beaches and there are not many other people there. If you want to choose a location that is not full of tourists, then this is the perfect place! Ao Nang is easily accessible by scooter.

One of my favourite hotels in this area. A lovely family run small intimate hotel just a few Km from the beach. So inexpensive and includes a scooter.Very clean and quiet. Highly recommended.But if you want a beach outside your room or a pool and bar, if you want a 4* or 5* go and pay for one.Please don’t knock a hotel which charges so little and gives so much.

Dormitory and 3-story apartment, suitable for quiet, private living, away from people, no food, about 1.2 km from a convenience store. The accommodation is semi-resort-like, but not too far away, suitable for a budget. But you must have a car to be comfortable traveling. The beach in this area is beautiful.

It's an easy place to stay. Because it is located on the roadside On the way to Tubkaek Beach, the room is very clean, there is a balcony to dry clothes, in the room there is a TV, refrigerator, just that it is not next to the beach, walking 700 meters, the owner is very kind.

I stayed at this hotel at the turn of February and March. I was delighted by the hospitality of the host and his family and the cleanliness of the rooms. There are no amenities like in 4* hotels, but it is certainly a great base for numerous trips for little money. A scooter is assigned to each room, which makes getting around very easy. I personally recommend it and would love to go back there again.

Very bad since I've ever encountered it. Commuting to work Book a double room. Got a single bed even though it was notified. There is only one towel provided even though there are two people staying. If there is a problem to report, there is no one at the counter. When I called the hotel's mobile phone number, someone picked up the phone and hung up the phone 4-5 times. It's best to close the business if the service is this bad.

We stayed in this hotel in November. I liked everything very much. An excellent and responsive hotel owner who strives to improve his business. Breakfast is included in your stay. Free bike rental during your stay. We were included in an excursion to the beautiful islands. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, refrigerator, balcony. If necessary, transfer from the airport to the hotel and back can be organized
