The reviews people make are for us, way too over exaggerating. We first thought we made a bad decision of coming here, but we were soon greeted by the kind people there and the beautiful beach. The tropical vibe the place has is amazing and the food (especially at Smile) is awesome.They have a clean pool and the beach is clean as well. The only thing is that the long-tail boats come and go every day and that was for us pretty disturbing.For the rooms, we had bungalow E2. Pretty basic but you did have a mosquito net. The bathroom is overall pretty clean but we did have a problem with the cockroaches and the electricity where you put the card in, it fell down every time.The environment was what we enjoyed most, we loved our stay and the people there. (we stayed for 5 days 😄)

I spent 2 months on the island and slept in 4 different places. This is by far the worst. Rooms full of cockroaches and smelling. No accessibility. Hostile staff. You can’t even contact the owner. I had a great time in Koh Phangan, but the weeks I was staying here were the worst of the whole trip. It’s not nice to be faced with hostile behavior every day when you are paying to stay there. This place deserves all the hateful reviews it gets and more. Stay away, for your own good.

Very nice location. Unfortunately only accessible by four-wheel drive car. Not for travelers who want to see a lot. Waiters are generally quite slow on Bottle Beach, but here you have time. Generally very nice beach

inaccessible place very often,theft on site, the food is overpriced and bad...The manager is dishonest and threatening,the rooms need to be rehabilitated!I strongly advise against it.

“Never book this place”We booked this hotel, but it’s impossible to get there by land - it’s suicide, we almost had an accident, the bike was broken, we waited 3 hours in the heat for the owner of the bike. The hotel owner didn't get in touch, even Agoda couldn't contact him. There is no notice in the description that it can only be reached by boats or SUVs, this was our first time on the island and we experienced such hospitality. As a result, the hotel owner refused to refund the money for a reservation that we did not use, according to the booking rules, although the description misleads customers. Ruining your image, rating and karma. Thank you for ruining your vacation.

We tried to contact the hotel 4 times before our arrival to find out if there was a shuttle from the port, I never got a response!Then, when we got there, a man told us that the hotel was full, even though I had an Agoda reservation.He does nothing to find a solution, he pretends to call a man, who must come and give us a solution... 1 hour later the man is still not there and we know he will never come.They are fools and liars. We ended up asking for a refund to go to another hotel because we had no choice.So we paid 400 B for songthaew and 300 B for taxi boat for nothing.

The treatment of the staff is horrible, they do not answer you, our reservation had to change from one bungalow to another due to availability, and we asked without getting an answer, when we returned from another beach, we found that they had taken all our things and they did not even have our changeThey burn the garbage very very close to the bungalows and all day there is the smell of burning plastic.

Our worst experience in Thailand after 1.5 months.Very poor customer service, relatively expensive (coconut 90baht)Only accessible via a taxi service as the street is impassable by scooter. Of course, the taxi service also costs 100 baht per person (they try to charge even more in the evening)We arrived there exhausted after our 14 hour trip in the evening, only to find out that there was no accommodation left. although we received a confirmation and had already paid. There was no information in advance!Then we had to wait over an hour for the owner, who simply wanted to drive us to the other side of the island without any further compensation because he had apparently booked another hotel for us for a lot of money. It later turned out that the hotel belonged to his sister and he probably didn't have to pay that much.The other hotel was nowhere near as quiet and idyllic, but we had no choice and had to take it.

At first I was skeptical about the place, but eventually had a very good time there. We had a scenic view and a nice porch with a hammock. Inside it was pretty simple but enough. They provide free WiFi spots, even though sometimes the electricity goes off, but as I understand it’s the problem with a generator that is on the beach.

It was the WORST experience I ever had. The service is HORRIBLE, the people who work there don't take care of the basic things, nor do they give you any attention.The restaurant service is a scam, the food is very expensive and terrible.My partner and I went during the time of the full moon party and they offered us a transportation service to take us to the party. The times we chose were from 8pm to 3am.When they took us, the truck got stuck on the dirt road and we had to walk a few kilometers to get back in. On the way back the time was 3 am and they came to pick us up at 4:50! crazy.I do not recommend this hotel at all. It's disgusting.

This is a review for the restaurant only has I haven’t been sleeping here but on another place on the beach. This restaurant is really good and it really saved our meals here ! Others are really bad.. we were so happy to find this one ! paneng curry was very very tasty, we also had a whole fish cooked on coconut, and for dinner later we had two rice noodle clear soups with lots of vegetables and it was very tasty also ! Thank you so much

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel you will be disappointed. If you are looking for a divine place, a delicious restaurant, very nice service, peace and quiet and a time you will remember, this place is for you. Are the rooms perfect? Not great. It's clean, the bedding and towels smell nice, but it's not a Hilton. However, the view from the balcony/terrace of the beach makes up for everything. The service men are always nice and smiling. I especially greet the man with the ponytail 💛 a perfect place to relax with peace and quiet. I am sure that I will return there again someday.

Very nice and quiet place.Good food tooClean and very large room. Only problem, only one lamp for the whole room. No lamp in the bathroom. A single outlet to plug in your cables.The staff is helpful.
