The best bartending staff I've ever met did their best to give me the best experience from making me a special cocktail to playing special songs that I'll enjoy while I'm at the bar while of course taking care of every request of every other customer enjoying every moment

Let’s start with the good things:The bed was very comfortable, big pool and the hotel is right at a private beach. The decoration is stylish and really in Muay Thai style. I loved the pictures in the lobby, the small gym and the little statues everywhere. Also the rooms are styled in nice colours and a boxing back in the every room. The decoration is amazing for Muay Thai fans. Also the rooms and all common areas are clean and the staff is friendly. (Except you tell them you want to leave earlier)The beach view from the window is nice as well. Complimentary paddle boarding and kayak :) the hotel gym is almost always empty, so you have enough space. And also: the hotel is clean, also in all common areas. That’s what we liked. Now the reasons why we left earlier:The worst about the hotel was the noise and location. Most rooms have the door to the main road, it's a dual carriageway. So it was very loud, cause there is no soundproofing. We stayed just 2 instead of 6 nights, one of the reason was, that we couldn't sleep due to the noise. Also there is no pedestrian way, so you can't leave the hotel without taxi, cause walking is too dangerous. A luxury hotel on a motorway, that is not relaxing. (When we left, we got offered another room, which should be more quiet, but the street is so loud, that you can hear it everywhere)The rooms: no separation of wet and dry area. The sink is open in the room, so you brush teeth basically in the bedroom. And after the toilet, you need to open the toilet door before you can wash hands. The doors are having frosted glass, so you can watch your partner on the toilet. The rooms are nice styled, but style over function. (And quite small for this price) Also no towel hangers and we just had hot water for about 20 seconds, then the shower was cold. That shouldn’t happen in this hotel category. Also the price of food and drinks: it was by far the most expensive hotel l've experienced in Thailand so far when it comes to food and drink prices. The prices are all written in net, you always get charged 17% on top for service charge and taxes. Even for water out of the mini bar.The breakfast wasn’t a 4-star breakfast and not even fresh juice, just sugar drinks and it’s written juice. For a hotel called „Thai fight“ and a sports theme, you would expect a more healthy breakfast. Also no gluten free options or anything besides milk or soy milk.It was also the first hotel ever, we experienced so far, which charges you for drinking water in the fridge (besides 2 bottles complementary the first day). All Spa treatments or massages are also way more expensive, than anywhere else. The charge for a private or group Muay Thai class is the double, of what you would pay in a good proper Muay Thai gym, anywhere in Koh Samui. The last one is more a personal opinion: with the name "ThaiFight hotel", I expected a very sporty hotel and healthy food options, but besides us we didn't see people interested in Muay Thai. One beginner Muay Thai class is complimentary, other classes or privates have a quite high price. A private class is charged the double of the amount of any Muay Thai gym in Samui. The prices in general didn’t seem to be fair compared to the value. And it didn't give us the Muay Thai vibe as expected, except the very nice decoration and style.

Great hotel on the theme of Thai boxing with a superb, fairly quiet swimming pool. Clean and modern room but on the other hand overlooks the street so super super noisy feeling of sleeping on the street..Breakfast with little choice and no flavor. Often bread and pancackes reheated from the day before.. very little choice and not qualitative at all..Top staff, nothing to say!
