The room is very old, very dirty, extremely musty.The housekeepers talked loudly and penetrated into the room and talked for a very long time. The receptionist did not accept guests. I was disappointed with the almost 1,000 baht I paid.Another thing: the sign for the swimming pool says it can be used from 8:30-19:00. The pool attendant said 9:00 to play. You can go out to eat and travel. Come back at 10:30 to go play. The pool attendant said you can't play. The pool can be used in the afternoon. Well, how do you check out at noon? How do you play?

Good hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Room was clean upon arrival and well maintained. The hotel is also in a central location, within walking distance of the beach and the entertainment area. Thank you for staying at your hotel and I can definitely recommend a stay here!

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As soon as we arrived at our room, which didn’t look anything like the pictures (peeling wallpaper, extremely outdated, no view, generally felt dingy and unclean) we found bed bugs in our bed.Immediately we left and asked the lady at reception if we could check out and get a full refund as we had only been there for a few minutes. However, she charged us the cost of a full night’s stay because we had opened the FREE water and used the toilet. We tried to reason that the presence of bed bugs and the fact that we hadn’t been there longer than ten minutes shouldn’t warrant a 50% charge of our stay but she dismissed us completely.Overall, the cleanliness was terrible, the hotel was miserable and unclean, and the service was shocking. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Stay in a bungalow near the swimming pool. The bathroom is dirty. It's like it's never been cleaned. The furniture is very old, the air conditioner is old, very loud. In front of the room, we couldn't come out and sit and feel the breeze because of the smell of the septic tank. of the bungalow next door The septic tank in the next room had sewage overflowing and flowing down towards the swimming pool. Very dirty. What a waste of money. It was the worst experience. 👎👎👎👎

We thought we booked a hotel but it was actually a bug zoo…Full colony of ants marching their way to a gecko skeleton that had been decomposing in the door crack for years.We booked the room for 2 people but we didn’t know we would also be sharing it with a farm of pesky mosquitos too.On the bright side it was very cheap and the staff were friendly. Note, Agoda says check in at 12 PM but the hotel does check in at 2 PM

Do not stay here.The hotel is maintained like absolute crap.When we checked in the room there was sand on the bed and a toenail on the floor next to the bed.We asked to get the room cleaned and IT WAS STILL THERE AFTER! they just made the bed with sand on it!!The pool was a nightmareBugs the size of ping pong balls were floating all on the surface of the pool. The level of the water was wayy lower than it should be. The water evidently has not been cleaned in months!I've stayed in budget hotels in Thailand that provided a much better level of cleanliness and comfort. The facilities need to be maintnanced ASAP.The pool is a HEALTH HAZARD!I tried to talk to the staff about this and they just did not care.I don't understand why on earth would you even bother to run a hotel if you don't give a damn about the guests or the property itself.Don't stay here.

The pool area is nice, although dated. The rooms are functional and not particularly nice but nothing was missing (except a hairdryer).The balcony door couldn't be closed properly and since our room faced the street, it was incredibly loud. Compared to the “easy ladies” from the “massage studio” it didn’t really do any better. The way to the center was short and easy to reach on foot. Overall, okay for a 1-2 day stay with few demands.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms & facilities are extremely poor and outdated. I left 2 nights early as it was unbearable. The main issues:1: non of the exterior windows or doors would shut properly, this led to bugs & ants coming in the room. I left my toothbrush next to the sink, and it was crawling with ants a few hours later.2: the air con, it was extremely poor and made no difference to the room, and because the windows did not shut properly it meant the room was like a Sauna. The bedroom section and the rest of the room had a glass divider (which was very old) so in the end we had to shut that permanently, and step in and out of the bedroom area via the window which leads to the balcony in order for the room to be semi- cool.3. The shower / water pressure was awful, you can barley get a shower.In the hotels defence I did not inform reception about my issues and all the staff that I encountered were extremely friendly and I will say THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, but unfortunately the facilities are massively outdated. The location is good and the pool was okay but again even that was poorly maintained and dirty.

Pros: good location - close to a shopping center, where you can have a snack or buy food, clothes, or have things washed. The hotel has villas for rent and you can use the pool wherever you live. The staff is smiling and pleasant. Cleaning is carried out at your request. All things remained safe. Good price.Of the minuses: the hotel is in a decadent state, there is poor light in the room, it is not cozy, everything is old and shabby. It would be possible to whitewash the rooms, change the sofas and furniture, change the electrics, but apparently this hotel is already rented out and the owner is happy with everything.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us leave our key behind the desk every time we went out. Pool was gorgeous and quiet. Room on the roadside was extremely loud due to traffic and music from the night market, however, we requested to move rooms to the back and this was accommodated. Room on the back was very quiet and cleaned daily. 5 min walk to night market and central Samui shopping centre, 10 mins to beach

Just needed a place to crash near the airport the day we landed at a not to fancy hotel, it ended up being a place we were sad to leave since the pool is so beautiful, it is like a 2 min walk from the actual rooms but the view is worth it! Definitely worth the 1000 bath per night since the location is also pretty good, right near central mall-If you cross to the other side of the mall you find yourself in the middle of chaweng area-the best area in koh Samui! Also has Netflix
