Fantastic price/quality ratio.Located in the middle of busy Chaweng, but just away from the hustle and bustle.Good rooms, beds and bathroom.Nice breakfast and good service.Well under the flight path of the airport, like all other hotels there.

They are so sweet and accommodating, the location is right in the chaweng and 3 min walk to the beach, rooms were clean and housekeeping was very responsive, i wish breakfast had a bit of variety but everything else is amazing

Being in the hospitality industry myself I am very critical. This hotel definitely doesn't meet my standards. Having already stayed in 3 other hotels at similar prices in Thailand this is definitely the most disappointing.It all comes down to management and the owners of course.Breakfast staff are lacking in training. My table was not cleared once in our entire breakfast. The food is very basic with few choices.My bedroom was missing 2 cupboard doors and the curtains are missing links to hold the curtains up. The pool cushions are torn and the outside area is unkempt and untidy.I hope the owners will read this and put profits aside and get this hotel up to acceptable standards for what they charge.

We chose this hotel based on location and ratings but it seems that my standards are higher than others. We took a pool access room. However there is absolutely no privacy in the room as anyone can see into the room as the hotel does not provide thin veiled curtains for privacy and only has a thick blockout curtain. So when you want privacy the room is dark. The cushions provided outside the room are old and torn and covered in ants. The pool area is devoid of any plants even though there are big planters around. The planters have stones and weeds in them.. A real pity since this part of the world has incredible lush plants. Our families rooms faced onto dirty outside areas and electrical wiring. The staff are not helpful and there is no bell boy to help with luggage. Breakfast was so basic that it's preferable to eat at a restaurant. There is no aircon at the breakfast area and lots of flies. Rooms are tired and furniture is old. Floors are dirty. The hotel is located down a service road inside of a market.We have stayed in beautiful hotels at the same rates all over Thailand so I was expecting similar service.. A real pity that management chooses not to upkeep what could be a decent hotel.
