Queen Resort Koh Tao

We slept here for 4 nights. The room was absolutely not expensive. But the room was really very outdated, everything needed a little love. After you showered, the bathroom floor remained wet for a long time because the drain did not drain properly. Since the toilet was also in the bathroom, you kept getting wet feet for a long time after showering. The view could have been very nice, because the location is good. But there was rubbish everywhere. Lots of rubbish. Several mattresses had been dumped under our house, which was on stilts. There was also a lot of plastic and glass around the houses. Too bad we experience this as the bad place we have slept in for years. People were friendly

Nice view but overpriced (800 baht per night) and property is old.

I stayed here for 2 months and i absolutely love everything from this place. The serenity, the ocean view, the sunset, the calmness, the location. Yes it’s basic but what else do you need more? It has everything you need, you hear the birds, ocean and gekko’s when you are in bed and the ladies are amazing. On walking distance of everything but without the business and noise. Jump out of your bungalow and jump in the ocean. For me it felt like the best home away from home. I recommend this 1000%

I arrived at the accommodation and was surprised to find that they charge more money for the key than for the room. When I told her that you should write it down, she answered with disdain that she had written it and maybe I hadn't noticed. I asked for help with the suitcase to the room because the room is not accessible and the suitcase is heavy, so she replied that she only had women and that there was no one to help me. The way she answered everything was disrespectful, and when she saw my passport that I was from Israel, she said out loud 'Ahhhh you are from Israel - now I understand everything.' she raised her voice She told me that I could go somewhere else and that Booking would charge me the money for the room. I took the key and told her that I would pay her for the key, because I'm already going to pay(I'm traveling and I don't have money to pay somewhere else. ) She started beating me and told me to give her back the key. She called all her friends to help her violently push me out of the place. I started videotaping her, and she got angry and said she would call the police, I told her to call the police because she was beating me and it was recorded. She got upset, and all her friends physically pushed me and cursed me, so I started cursing back. I threatened her that I would write to Booking and send them the video if necessary.It's disrespectful. I am shaking and crying as I am writing. Now I have to look for another place to sleep that will surely cost more money.I wrote to Booking asking for an answer as soon as possible.

Simple but practical. Beautiful sunset.

It's the location which is very nice. I had a bungalow right on the water. But the environment is very dirty with a lot of trash lying around on the ground. The access path to the bungalow is impassable with the suitcase..broken cement slab. On a slope..Mosquitoes more than elsewhere because minimum maintenance is not ensured.Comfort is very simple. The plywood walls are moving. No air conditioning and it is hot at night to sleep despite a fan.Deposit for the key to the padlock closing the room of 1000 baths.

I have spent almost 2 months in one of their bungalows, the value for money is unbeatable. Location right on the beach and central for everything. Family run complex, these ladies work long hours, they make the best value fruit smoothies in town and just started a great coffee stall. I felt totally at home. Would totally recommend them.

Very clean hotelEfficient and inexpensive in-room meal service!!!!!!!

We booked the family room which was very spacious, had a large balcony and sea view which was stunning. The room itself was clean and what you would expect for the price. The outside resort is a little run down and clearly been affected by covid. The family were really lovely. A little disappointed that we were not able to check in at the check in time and had to wait half an hour.
