Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in Thailand. It is next to perfect, for couples and families looking for a quite homebase to explore the island. But also Haad Rin and the full moon party is reachable by foot in about 10-15mins.Super attentive staff, always in good mood even within themselves. They try to fulfill every wish and they know you after the first day. The hotel is not that big, around 20 rooms and mostly couples stayed here during our visit, so there are not that many faces to recognise but they even remeber your coffee of choice after the first breakfast.Regarding the breakfast, it is all you can eat but "à la carte" which is a nice touch. Also, it is super delicious, everything is freshly made and you can taste it. Minor critique, they sometimes forget or add some things to your order, but for us that is not a problem at all. For example they once added bell peppers to my scrambled eggs. However, i am more than sure that if you would say something, it would be changed in seconds.The pool area is very nice and spacious, more than enough space for everyone. The pool bar is also very cool with again very attentive service personal. The happy hour is crazy (12am - 2pm and 3pm to 7pm) and the cocktails are very, very delicious, maybe the best I've had in Thailand.In addition to the pool bar, this hotel also offers a restaurant, where they offer the breakfast in the morning. Later in the day you can order other food here as well, which we did once at the last evening of our stay.We can just recommend the hotel. Nothing more to say.

Excellently managed hotel with very good service. Due to the tide, the direct beach cannot be used at any time, but the nearby beach can be easily reached.

So the hotel is already very old. At thePool loose boards, the edge is rusting and the beach or sea cannot be used because the tide only comes in the evening. The rooms are more hostel-like. We come from Koh Samui and had an absolutely luxurious resort for the same price as here. In addition, there is a large family here, guests of unknown nationality, who cooked their own food right on the beach and were so bold as to eat in the hotel! The employees did nothing. We have never experienced anything so disrespectful.

During my stay in June 2024, I stayed in room SAR-AHA 14 and thoroughly enjoyed my two-night jungle experience and full moon parties. The room furniture was just okay, the breakfast options were limited. However the hotel's fantastic location provides amazing beach access and views.

Decent stay at Princess Paradise. This resort was very quiet when we arrived as it was off season. Reception were friendly and even gave us a free upgrade which was very nice.The location is a bit out of the way to be honest, about 15/20 mins drive to the "busier" areas. But this is fine, if you want a chill and you can rent mopeds directly from the hotel (no deposit required).The hotel itself was nice, the pool area is a little run down though and could do with some maintenance. But, for the price and location this is still a great stay.

We had four wonderful days at Princess Paradise! The hotel has clean, functional rooms and a great pool with an attached pool bar and restaurant. The food is ok, although relatively expensive, but the atmosphere at the tables on the beach is great!

I came here for lunch and cocktails on multiple occasions during our stay in Koh Phangan. The staff are super friendly and chatty. The pool area is clean, modern, and there is a swim up bar which offers happy hour (half price classic cocktails) between 3-7pm. I had a Thai green curry and satay chicken from the restaurant which were both very tasty. Cocktails are made with fresh ingredients and are presented beautifully by the lovely bar staff. Highly recommend!

Rooms are a bit old, but still ok.The staff is very nice but also very reserved.You actually only have access to the sea at high tide, otherwise you have to walk out for ages until you can swim. We really liked the pool, the breakfast was also good and overall the complex is very nicely designed.It takes about 15 minutes to get to Haad Rin Beach, where there are a variety of bars/restaurants. We can particularly recommend the “He eat my favorite”.

Everything was very nice, the hotel, the pool, garden, beach, etc.Unfortunately there was no closet or other way to store your clothes in the room, which urgently needs to be changed.

The receptionist was VERY rude and treated us badly. She also tried to charged us for a COMPLIMENTARY glass water that broke. She charged us 300 bhat for the water I don’t understand why it would matter that the glass broke unless they refill the bottles for the next guess. Regardless, a water bottle in Thailand would never even close 100 bhat and she charged us three hundred because the complimentary bottle broke. She tried to charge us for random unnecessary things in our two day trip and honestly, this was my worst experience at a hotel in Thailand!

All in all a not bad hotel, rooms a bit old, very sparse breakfast, good pool with bar, I recommend renting a motorcycle at the hotel, this is the best way to travel,Less recommended for honeymoon couples.

Not a good place. just nowhere. Just expensive not worth the money. The most ordinary room there is, like you paid for a 500 baht room. Only here it is 5500 thousand baht. Not worth the money. Not a good hotel.
