Please consider other options before staying here. The actual condition of the place doesn’t match the photos online, showing a significant lack of upkeep. Due to a work commitment, we had no choice but to stay, though it fell short of our expectations for the price.We experienced a power outage after the first night, water pipes broken, and encountered issues with aging doors not closing properly and others.Upon arrival, our reservation had been overlooked by the staff, who kindly upgraded us to the ‘VIP’ house. Unfortunately, the house’s condition made it uncomfortable for us, leading to some of us sharing rooms to avoid the less habitable ones.I’m skeptical about the recent 5-star reviews and question their validity. I hope my comments provide a more realistic perspective to help others make an informed decision.Despite these challenges, I appreciate the staff’s friendliness and the efforts of the cleaning team, which is why I’m giving a star.I’ve shared some photos to provide a clearer picture, hoping it will help others make a more informed choice.

Accommodation costs only a few hundred baht. If booking from another place is more expensive than this, run away. Not recommended. The accommodation looks a bit old. Maybe with Lanna style The door to enter and exit the room is designed in a slightly confusing way. The room is very spacious. Having a seating area inside the room is considered good. The TV is a smart TV. Connect to YouTube and Netflix or other streaming There is a swimming pool that is not very wide. But it's not too small. Once you soak in the water, feel comfortable. There is a coffee shop near the pool and there is a 4-person table that can be played and is fun. The staff are good at giving advice and are very cute. There are two or three cats, very cute. But I would like to deduct 1 star because of the shampoo, shampoo and conditioner. But the bottle is empty. I must have forgotten to add it.

The atmosphere is quite quiet, the place is wide, decorated in Lanna style. It is a suitable place for holding parties, gatherings, and the price is not expensive.

I made a reservation and visited, but the electricity and air conditioning didn't work and I was taken to a different room, which had not been cleaned. She said she would come clean later but never came. . In the damp bathroom, the toiletries left by the previous guest were still there. It's right in the middle of Baan Tawai, so it's very convenient for sightseeing, but I definitely don't recommend it to anyone other than people who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. SNS is overloaded. However, the breakfast is not bad, and they even lend you a rickety bicycle.

OK, worth the price.But doing it may not be very good.The bathroom is a little scary.But if anyone likes the old stuff, they'll probably like it.If many people come, recommend a big house.
