The hotel is in a stunning location, there was wildlife all around and the views were amazing. The rooms are clean and adequate but would benefit from a chair or two to sit on as there isn't one in the room or on the balcony. This is a hotel that is based on being taken out on boat trips and enjoying the lake as a swimming activity. There is nothing else here, no mobile phone signal, there is Wi-Fi at reception after 6pm but only adequate for sending text messages, no TV, no provided entertainment (while we were there at least). Not that any of this is a bad point, but it would seem some people are surprised by this.Unfortunately the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired and really ruined what would have been a nice stay.Do be cautious that there are a lot of sharp edges, broken off screws and poor welding everywhere. It is very easy to injure yourself on some protruding metal on the floor, handrails, balcony, etc. One of us was injured by the poor state of the steps climbing out of the lake onto the main pier. Exercise caution when touching any metalwork.Additionally to this, the sewage pipework from the rooms is broken in several places and raw untreated sewage from the toilets flow directly into the lake, the shower and basin water from each room flows straight into the lake also. Add to this the diesel that leaks from the boats and the cooking waste from the kitchen (where you will find a lot of well fed fish) all getting blended together by the boats coming in and out and it creates a thick film of diesel, cooking oil and sewage that makes swimming unpleasant. Itching started quickly when we got out of the water and there is no hot water available to wash with as the showers are cold water only.

Beautiful view, clear water, there is a boat to pick you up and drop you off + take you to see nature in the morning and evening. I must admit that this is very good. But the price is 6,450 baht/night.It should be better than this. During the day the weather is very hot. Can't turn on the air conditioner or fan because there is no electricity. The air conditioner remote that was provided was broken. At night, you can't turn down the air conditioner, so you sleep cold. The sound of the wooden walkway was very annoying. The door to the room couldn't be locked. The door jamb squeezed and couldn't be pulled in completely. The reserved room was not available. And didn't inform. Before going, I already asked. That the reserved room had no problems, right? He just replied that he could travel normally. The room was no longer good. So I expected the food. The food was no longer good. There are 4 dishes for lunch: chicken knee soup, omelet, stir-fried vegetables, and khua kling. There are 5 dishes for dinner: stir-fried glass noodles, clear soup, shrimp paste chili paste, sour fish curry, and fried tilapia. All of this is a room price of 6,450 baht/night.I reserved 2 rooms for 4 people for 12,900 baht.

First of all, fantastic place in the rainforest. Very special to be able to stay at a floating resort. 1 night is really enough. Rooms: there was no bedding ready. Big fat cockroaches and lots of ants to sleep with in bed. A shame, because the beds themselves were otherwise fine. Big nice towels, that is. Wonderful to jump into the water of the lake from bed. Staff doesn't look at you or say hello. They are more concerned with each other. They have apparently forgotten the entire Wai of Thailand here? People also speak poor English, but with Google translate on the phone you can get there. In terms of dinner OK, drinks other than water are not discussed. After repeatedly asking, it turned out that there was a drinks menu in the restaurant. Breakfast is limited, fried eggs, sausages with white bread and jam must be your favorite. Fortunately, there was still the 'instant coffee' with the ants on the dining table. You gotta love it.

A beautiful hotel for an exotic experience. Top notch staff. The rooms have a little improvement to be expected in terms of hygiene but nothing alarming. Perfect organization.

The room is good, but not very clean. There was a lot of dust and hair falling all over the floor. It's like it's never been cleaned before. There were no towels at all. The staff took good care of me. The food was delicious. Recommended.

Nice to spend the night on the lake. The houses are simple but good. We would have liked to have a chair so that you could sit comfortably by the water. Food not our thing but tastes differ!

If you think you will get by without electricity on a hot day (there is electricity only at night), no cell phone reception, no internet, no hot water, with lots of mosquitoes, on a lake with cloudy water but with an amazing view in the middle of the jungle and you are willing to pay four times the prices Thailand's normals so go for it 😊
