The place is great. Very polite staff! Beautiful pool, clean rooms, comfortable beds.One minus: NO silence. Alas, all day long the locals are cutting down and sawing trees right in the forest in the lowlands below the hotel. From 7 am to 6 pm. We were not able to stay in silence and of course we will not remove a star from the hotel for this, it is not their fault. But this is very disappointing, because we were traveling to be away from the bustle

Everything is great! Just add a variety of meat-free options, vegan options would be welcome in the breakfast that comes with your stay! 👍🏼Otherwise, an ideal and quiet resort for a short period - just what you need!

Amazing place with breathtaking view. The room is spacious with large shower. The bed is comfortable. Large balcany with the view you acnnot find anywhere else. We were very lucky to catch the morning sea of fog. If you are looking a place to relax for a getaway weekend, this is a nice place to do so. Breakfast is limited but understandable becuase there are only 10 rooms in the entire property. Quiet place to unwind. The bellman is very attentive. We will be back.

Quiet, remote but still accessible and VERY peaceful. Team is most service oriented and helpful in any way possible. A car is quite necessary here although I assume you can also get taxi pickup.

Spectacular view ❤️The nature that spreads out below is so beautiful.The view while soaking in the bathtub is spectacular.When the sun rises, steam rises from the forest and the chickens begin to crow.At night, the sky is full of stars.Even though it's summer, you can see the constellations Orion and Sagittarius. It's been a long time since I experienced astronomy in person.In other words, the breakfast is not good😭However, 3-day building was truly healed by nature.

The best customer service we experienced on our 3 week honeymoon in Thailand. The staff was incredible and they made us feel very welcome and very special. It is very close to the Cheow Lan Pier. The staff helped us set up an affordable, private boat for a tour of the picturesque lake. We loved our stay at The Caligo and will remember it for the rest of our lives.

This hotel is not to bad but is one thing I don't understand is WHY we are forced to get diner in the room... they have a restaurant and they ask us to bto the room and eat here bed is NO CONDITIONS TO DO THAT IN THE ROOM......?

Small Boutique property nearest to the Pier for boating in Khao Sok National park. The staff are incredibly helpful and the hospitality extended was the best in Thailand. All rooms have fabulous views of the Jungle. Breakfast spread is minimal but any shortcoming is more than made up for by the service and ever smiling staff, all of whom went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend.

The Caligo Resort undoubtedly offers an impressive setting with a unique panorama, which is particularly highlighted by the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Given the higher price, my expectations were correspondingly high, but unfortunately they were not fully met.A main reason for my disappointment was dealing with various insects in my room, including geeks and especially ants. Although the staff were quick to remove the Gekkos, the massive ant infestation, especially at night, posed a significant problem. Despite preventative measures, such as placing my suitcase on the sofa, my clothes were heavily infested with ants. Better insulation of the rooms or open communication about possible insect problems would have helped better protect my personal belongings.Furthermore, the breakfast offering did not meet the expectations I have for a resort in this price category. The choice was limited and the quality of the hot dishes, such as fried eggs and scrambled eggs, left something to be desired as they were always served cold.Despite the undeniable beauty of the complex and the surrounding panorama, the points mentioned were disappointing. Improvement in these areas could significantly improve the experience for future guests.

Excellent resort close to the lake/pier. Very nice and service oriented staff. Beautiful view of the valley, especially for sunrise. We stayed 2 nights with a beautiful boat trip and visits to temples, the bridge, the dam, etc. The Khao Na Nai Luang Dharma Park is worth a visit and a hike. We had all meals at the resort. Excellent kitchen! A stay here is highly recommended! (The place needs a touch up in some areas outside, but it does not reduce the overall favourable impression)
