Have stayed on the lake three times at different resorts.In short fails to meet expectations.Location good but maintenance and food terrible.As a paying guest you should not feel like an inconvenience and second class guestThere are better places to stay spend the extra and stay at 500 rai resort

Rooms were basic. There were 2 stiff mattresses on the floor, accommodating a max of 4, understandable given how remote it is. The bathroom is usable, not that clean given how much we had to pay (10,000 a night). Food was delicious on the first night but on the second night it started to get repetitive. Kayaking was fun however there is no lifeguard. The staff were nice and attentive. 4/5

The property has air conditioning and a private bathroom in every room. There is an AIS mobile signal and wifi. Every meal has unlimited refills for all 4 dishes. Delicious side dishes. Our group ordered refills, recommending the fried chicken and turmeric fried catfish. Our team went for 3 days and 2 nights. The service staff is very good. Uncle Tee, the boat driver, provides good service and information. If you can turn on the air conditioner all day, it will be very good. Overall, very good.

The waitress with blonde hair, red lips is extremely unfriendly.It was my fault at the first place that my friends and I took a wrong seat because no one told us where is our table.But the girl with blonde hair came to tell us to MOVE even though my friends were eating and there are a plenty of unreserved table. She still confirmed we need to move and she doesn’t even know how to inform the clients quietly when the clients take a wrong table. We were so EMBARRASSED at that moment and there was no any staff come to check at our food, they checked all another tables except ours.The girl with blonde hair, copy cat Celine hair pin.HAS NO SERVICE MIND.KICKED an ice cube to me and no apologies.Always roll her eyes like she was asking for it.Including the boy who got ears pierced always looked at me like he wanted to kill me.However, the boat driver with grey hair and the girl in reception are very kind.

From looking at the information I'm very interested in staying at this raft. But the sales system is very bad. Messaged and asked the raft page directly and said it was full. But when I greeted the sales representative or various agents, they said they were free. But the price adds a lot. I'm not sure if I ended up wanting to reserve with an agent or not, but in the end, I already lost my feelings. So I didn't stay. Please comment here to help improve the sales system. Not saying just check the wrong date and it's over.

This resort is in an amazing location where you can really unwind and relax. It's easy to disconnect and unplug. The resort itself is ok. Pretty old I think and needs renovations? But still super functional. I think that the management can take steps to update and clean up a few things. However, if you are interested in visiting Khao Sok. I would still recommend this place. We stayed for 2 nights.

Hotel on Cheow Lan Lake in Thailand. This is where Cameron planned to film Avatar. But filming is prohibited in the reserve. The views are simply stunning, an artificial lake with clear turquoise water and the famous local floating mountains. The hotel is located on the water, accommodation takes place in bungalows, each room has its own launching pad, the depth is large, 50 m, so it is recommended to wear life jackets, each room has its own kayak, you can swim on the lake. The rooms are very simple, mattress on the floor, air conditioning, shower and toilet in the room. But people come here to admire the views, swim in the lake, the water temperature is +30 degrees, enjoy the silence, the absence of civilization. A particularly beautiful sunrise when the mountains are buried in clouds. You need to book the hotel in advance, there are a lot of people wanting to stay.

A very nice location, but if I only had to rate the facility, I wouldn't recommend it! The rooms are very old, the air conditioning didn't work, the fan was extremely loud. Overall, the rooms need to be partially renovated and repaired. I also find it absurd how the staff have to live there.

Exceptional location. Unlike other resorts we've seen, this one is in a small cove and well protected.The service is fast and the meals are quite good, with perhaps some effort to be made on the juices in the morning (artificial).The bungalows are surprisingly quite comfortable even if the mattresses are on the floor. It's clean and quiet.In short, we had a very good night, but a priori you have to choose accommodation furthest from the restaurant area to avoid hearing the generator, which operates from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.The little extra: being able to kayak freely on the lake!

Basic resort but provides everything you may need. Delicious food and friendly service. The resort is located far from the dam so it's quiet. Kayak is available for every room. You can hear monkeys calling in the morning! Would have given 5 stars if not for some ants in the room, but it's a great experience anyway

For 4 persons it may be a little bit narrow. Mattresses are on the floor but they are relatively thick. Our canoe deck was broken which made the hoarding on the canoe a little bit more difficult. It is far from main peer (at least 40 minutes ride),and that is why is more quite from other bungalows in the lake. It is also near some places where you can observe gibbons and other animals. Food was good, every meal another option was provided, e.g. fried fish or chicken legs. There was no toilet paper but something similar. WiFi was available only in the restaurant, in bungalows no signal.
