I paid 19,000 bath (550 USD) for a two night staying for two people.|As soon as we arrived to the pier we had to pay 340 bath more per person for the park fee. …

Fantastic 2 days stay at these Raft House. We wished we could have stayed longer. 2 days is really to short! The simple Raft houses are perfect and the way they should be. Clean and practical. The staff is fantastic. …

Stayed here in May. This is truly a paradise on earth. I would choose the rooms with private bathroom. We slept well here. The food is also very tasty. Above all, enjoy the peace and quiet because you have no connection with the outside world here. The canoes that you can use for free are great.

This is absolutely withoutna doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The service was awful. For 10,000 a night, I expected atleast basic manners! The hotel told us to be at the pier for 11am and someone would meet us. They gave us the wrong phone number then when we called the hotel to ask for the correct one they spoke rudely. Finally the woman greeted us, she didn't even get out of her seat or say hello, just told us to sit over there. We finally got on the boat 45 minutes later.Staff at the hotel didn't greet us or show us to the room, just pointed to the one which was ours (didn't offer to help with baggage)No lock or key was provided. No information on food and drink was given. No tour information. Nothing about the meal times or check out time. Absolutely no service at all.Upon booking we informed them we are vegetarian. They responded to us and said that vegetarian food will be provided. The first meal was dumped in front of us.. everything had chicken in it.Room was dusty. Shower was broken and hanging off the wall. The walkway was broken and had rusty loose screws everywhere. After breakfast on the last day at 9.30 we were feeding the fish and a member of staff said in thai... "customer, your time is up, you need to leave now"The boat driver was not in a rush and was fine to wait. We were also not informed what time we should leave. The only good thing about this hotel is the boat driver. Service minded, well informed and good at his job.Don't waste your money on this place. I have never been treated this way at anywhere I've stayed in Thailand.

Incredible place at the end of the world. Excellent for a refreshing break and meal after a walk on the lake. Typical meal, you can even swim in the lake (be careful, it's deep and you can't stand). …

The place is very beautiful, the rooms are good, the food is OK but we found the atmosphere quite unpleasant, right from the port. …

Excellent location of bungalows, away from the corridors of excursion boats. The bungalows are clean and cozy. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We loved being able to kayak in the area (kayaks on loan) and the MUST of this place: you are in the elephant area so almost guaranteed to see them ❤️
