Great budget room totally worth it. amazing view and close to the beach. Just a bad shower, and the balcony doors didn't fully close so sometimes had mosquitoes. And the balcony light didn't work and the ac was dodgy.

It is saved by the location that it has nothing else! To begin with, the doors were open throughout the hostel banging very loudly, the one in our bathroom was falling apart and in fact fell at the end of the day due to its poor condition. Smell of marijuana throughout the hostel. At night you can hear the music from the surrounding bars.But the worst... Screams at night in the hostel until 4, arguments and flying objects, screaming children.... We almost had to call the police and all because of the very bad management and the terrible time you spent the night. Very hard mattress. Balcony without chairs and it gets completely wet.

The location is good. But when we arrived there was. Ants in the beds, we asked to change rooms and the one they wanted to give us was worse, it even had spiders. The place is no longer neglected but super dirty. The refrigerator smelled horrible and very old. We went to dinner and when we came back a cockroach was walking around in the room...We asked for our money back and we didn't stay.That had happened to them more times because she took my cell phone and canceled the reservation herself from my Booking... so that they don't ask me for an option of course... they have studied it...Zero recommendation really.

Very good for a bare bones budget hotel -- nice view from room balcony. A short walk off main street near beach, so it's quiet. Would appreciate some basic glasses/cups in the room, and a cleaner/newer AC, and also 2 room keys, please. Also a shower curtain so the floors aren't all wet ...

I don't understand the low rating of this place. The people who serve are beautiful and helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable beds, spectacular location, I completely recommend!

There was a smell of mold in all the rooms we saw, there was no great view, the walls were so thin that you could hear everything and everyone could hear you, the balcony was leaking, the curtains were broken and everything was unhygienic, far too expensive for what you got

We are really not understanding the negative reviews.. we had a wonderful stay here! The location is spot on! It is literally 3 minutes to the beach. The rooms were recently refurbished and are spacious. Also the bathroom was new and great. The bed was comfortable and the A/C looked old, but is working totally fine. The TV is very old, but who needs that anyway? We stayed in a lot of hotels across Thailand the past weeks and this one was one of the cleanest! The Wi-Fi was working perfectly fine. We are definitely recommending staying here :)When we checked out, we had a problem with our transfer and even though we booked it online, the receptionist was super helpful and even called them to help us. 10/10.

Very recent i stayed this hotel. The location was good. Only 2 minites distance from beatch. But their service was poor. Their stuff behaviour was very rough. TV (ancient) not working, WIFI (internet) not working, AC not working. Wash room not cleaned. Only their location was good, its very near to beatch.

I recently stayed at Top View in Ao Nang and overall, I thought it was a decent experience. The location was good and I appreciated the option to rent a moped to get around. The rooms were okay, but nothing special. However, the price was very reasonable, which was a plus. All in all, I would give this hotel a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. While it wasn't the most amazing place I've ever stayed, it definitely got the job done and didn't break the bank. If you have a couple of nights in Aonang I would definitely think of staying here

Great location, it's close to the busy area but far enough you don't hear much so can sleep nicely.People were friendly and can ask for room service for later until like 3pm.Has balcony views so that's nice, one side is towards to beach but the other is in front of new build construction so it's a 50/50 view. It's on top of a steep hill, and there's 4 floor so be careful if you can't manage it.The beds were quite hard. That was the only thing that didn't make this a 5/5.Maybe something to focus on?
