It's terrible. I stared and saw no staff. In the end I had to open another room and pay for free. I couldn't call. In the app it said check-in no later than 00:00. I arrived at 11:20 p.m. Very bad. I'd like a refund as well.

Reviews are true.You book from Agoda and they pretend they don't work with them.They ask you to pay 200baht for another room in compensation and then the owner bangs the door for hours to claim more money and threatens you to call the police. Even tough you already pay on the website.Never go to this hotel, or the one they propose on all websites "Mind and Punpun"

You can reserve accommodation, but there are no rooms available. Put the burden on the customer Customers must cancel the cancellation themselves. Instead, the room will do it for you. The result is that you will not receive a full refund. Even though it's not the customer's fault.

Fraud when booking and transferring money through the website When we arrived at the accommodation, the owner informed us that he had already canceled the contract with OYO, but OYO refused to remove the name. Because of the price that OYO is selling the room for, the owner cannot stay. Must pay additional money if the customer confirms their stay.

Don't choose this hotel if you don't want to waste your money!Terrible! Firstly, there was no one at the reception, I called and they began to explain that I should pay 200 baht. Although I paid 500 baht on Agoda. Terrible attitude towards guests. I was with children and had to pay more, because it was 10 pm and the children had to be put to bed!

Believe in the reviews! I booked for a room but the time I check in they have no room available and that 9pm. I tried to contact the owner ( the staff was nice though) and the owner said I have to contact Agoda.The Agoda can't contact the owner that why they can't do anything but to refund the money. I couldn't find any hotel around at that late. The funny is in I check on the Agoda that night and this place still have room available and only half price of mine one. What a con.

Don't be fooled into coming in. As shown in the picture, it is in the heart of the city. Each person's pin in the app and map are different. And when traveling in it was very lonely. No one came to welcome me, pressed the doorbell, and the dog chased me away. I couldn't contact the accommodation. It was hell. I don't know if accommodations really exist.

I don't know what map it is. Going to appear in a very lonely rainforest. Don't open a hotel, go open an adventure trip. Very chaotic. Call the hotel at number 02. It was suggested that calling would not help, no one answered, waited 10 minutes and still didn't answer. It's better to take the time to call and pray to keep ghosts from getting in the car. One and last time P.S. If the hotel doesn't exist, you can't stay if you booked. Don't!
