in the first room there was feces and urine behind the bed. Probably from a mouse, so our room was changed. The new room was also not according to our maintenance. There were small colonies of ants on the edges of the corners. For a slightly higher price, around 40% more, we changed hotels and it is miles better. The staff was initially courteous, but then the conversation with the boss was very unprofessional and, despite the circumstances, did not want to refund the full price.

Superb hotel, close to the port, access to the sea from the hotel, very beautiful view and magnificent sunset (with happy hour cocktail)Superb welcome from the very friendly team, very easy check in.Very well equipped and spacious room.Possibility of renting a vehicle, booking taxis and tours from reception!Minimart massage and pharmacy at the hotel, frankly brilliant.Lots of equipment for children, (unfortunately poor quality baby bed)Thank you again for this superb stay

Very good hotel, we are so glad that we discovered it and stayed here. It's a family run business, a hotel, restaurant, travel agency, mini market... The owners are super nice and friendly, they made us feel welcome and special. The name sunset villa is very appropriate, the sunsets on the beach are faboluous. We had a big family room that was very clean and was cleaned daily. All in all, very happy about staying here, will gladly return

Directly on the beach, it's a very good location. Pleasant restaurant with your feet in the sand. The only downside is the (family) room, which is a little dated, and the soundproofing because we could hear the neighbors a lot. It was perfect for a brief visit. Friendly staff.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. At the beginning we were assigned a room that had a huge window front. After consulting with the reception, we were able to change the room very quickly and without any problems.The rooms offer enough space and also have a large bathroom. The air conditioning works perfectly. The WiFi is very good! Only the television didn't work.In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant and a mini market as well as a pharmacy. The beach section is huge and invites you to linger.You can rent scooters at the hotel, which are of very good quality. These are available in different price ranges.The positive thing is that you don't have to pay a deposit or your passport.You can also book various excursions on site.We were very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation!

We can hear the TV from the neighbors in our room...horrible!!!!On the other hand, the hotel is located 100m from the beach and the service is always friendly.

The owners were extremely helpfull and friendly and did everything they could to provide a fantastic stay. The staff was also very professional .The site provided everything you might need including the possibility to change money, rent motorbikes etc. the restaurant/bar attached to the site was wonderfull as well and the BBQ in the evening really was the cherry on the cake. I would reccomend it to anyone staying in Koh Lanta.

We only spent one night and it was great. Good value for money. Large, clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast facing the sea. And most importantly, the staff was SUPER friendly, very helpful, we hired transportation with them even when we had already left (they gave us their WhatsApp). Tik is a charm. Highly recommended.

Arriving in the evening, we thought we were very poorly located, but in reality, it is the best located in the north.Directly on the beachClean and spacious rooms.Very kind service.Breakfast, lunch dishes at 99 baht and cocktail on the beach at 99 bahtWe feel very good there and we recommend it.

We had a nice stay in the Klong Dao Sunset Villas. The rooms are basic but they have everything you need. There is a nice bar located right on the beach which means you can watch great sunsets and enjoy a drink at the same time. The accommodation provided us with a bike for two days when we were there which was brand new and a perfect way for us to see the island. The accommodation can also organise outings, onward travel etc. Very very helpful and friendly staff. Overall a nice stay.

Wonderful place with exceptional treatment, ideal for visiting the island, taking excursions or relaxing. Right in front of the sea with a long, wide and quiet beach. The manager (nicknamed Tik) was charming and helpful at all times, giving us all the facilities despite the short notice. He also helped us reserve everything with the greatest simplicity in the world. Family and quiet atmosphere. For us, there couldn't be a better value for money place to stay in Koh Lanta.
