Wonderful resort in Khao Sok NP, right in the countryside with access to the river (bathing area). You can swim there and watch wild monkeys. There are several lovely dogs and a cat who all run free - if you love animals like we do, that's great!Mr.T arranges everything for you at a fair price - pick-up at the airport, shuttle to the ferry, all tours in the NP such as river tubing, elephant tour, jungle hikes.Absolutely recommended and easy to do with children! The tours are very individual, e.g. hike with your own guide who caters to the speed of the children (thanks Nuuk!)The staff at Khao Sok nature Resort are very nice, the food is fantastic! Shakes, Pad Thai, Yellow Noodles, Basil Chicken - everything in “not spicy” is also possible!Tree house is a highlight and is easily accessible for children aged 5 and over, you just have to go up a flight of stairs. Inside air conditioning and refrigerator, shower, toilet, everything clean. We didn't have a single cockroach or anything like that.Would come back at any time! Thanks!

We stayed here for 2 nights during our 4 week trip to Thailand. |The facility was so outdated and dirty. Old, fallen-down houses were simply left lying there, as were all other things. …

Definitely recommended, very friendly staff who will pamper you. They are renovating or building houses, which is necessary. The house we slept in could also use this. But it was certainly still good and perfect to enjoy the jungle and its sounds for 2 days. You should definitely do tubing and the night safari!

Friendly and super helpful staff, magnificent place for those who love nature. We were able to see from the porch, monkeys, squirrels and other animals. I would happily stay here again.

Treehouses in the Thai jungle within walking distance of the National Park. We stayed in treehouse 112 which is the furthest away from the office/reception but closest to the river. The room was basic but had modern air conditioning - which you need. Nice balcony and chairs and a functional bathroom with an on demand hot water shower. Food is great. Beer is cold but no other alcohol. Puppy Pomeranians and other pets kept us entertained. A troop of monkeys came down the path one evening and a few came up to the balcony. Hosts happy to arrange day trips and transport. Village is about a km away following a track over the river and along a dirt road. The main road of the village is the road to the park. Plenty of bars and restaurants along the road and a general store with 2 ATMs. If you want a local jungle experience, this one is hard to beat.

What a bad experience.Showers bearly works and after complaing about not having hot water. We have been brushed off with different excuses. Then when we were about to leave, we found out that we need to pay for a broken glass at our first dinner.I suggest you will check your bill after every meal as they are not trust worthy and the female owner is very trust worthy.Be super careful from this place. There are many nice places around.Do yourself a favour and don't take the risk here.

The windows have no glass or mosquito netting, which makes it impossible to keep them open because of mosquitoes. Therefore it is a dark box and you must be in artificial light even during the day....Horrible!Very good breakfast.

We had a treehouse that looked good at first glance. Then we noticed that a new treehouse was being built less than 10 meters from us. You cut steel beams with the angle grinder, welded them together, etc. This happened every day from around 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Unfortunately, due to the noise, the accommodation was hardly usable. The treehouse simply shouldn't have been rented out. Unreasonable. Luggage racks are not available, seating inside is unpadded and only for 2 in a house of 4, outside there is a corner bench with a stool. There was no room cleaning, new toilet paper, towels, water or anything for 4 days. There was also no notice or point where you could pick something up. TV - if anyone needs it - is not available. WiFi worked sometimes. Our toilet was already full of traces of diarrhea when we moved in and we couldn't clean it because we didn't have a toilet brush. For parents with small children: Steps to the tree houses are dangerous. Playground was specified on booking, but is not available. There is a stream nearby where monkeys are often present. Bathing shoes are required because of many large stones. Splashing is possible. Village can be reached through the stream in about 15 minutes on foot.Breakfast would be ok if everything was always there. Milk and fruit are often only available upon repeated request. You can also order a set, such as eggs with ham and toast. You can eat something in the restaurant. But it's quite western in taste. In my opinion, things are better in the village. Check prices on the billing! In our case, almost every meal was priced more expensively than stated on the menu.A place where you could read something was missing. It was too loud in the tree house for us. Overall, I found the stay not very recommendable.
