Great hospitality despite the affordable price. The staff actively communicates with guests and responds to their needs. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Good location right on Chewang beach with easy access to clubs, bars and the mall. Friendly staff greeted us on arrival and carried our bags up to our room. Included breakfast was very good. Room was made up daily and kept very clean. Staff booked us taxis and negotiated decent prices. The only negative to speak of is that we booked a triple room (as this was the only way to secure two separate beds for me and my friend) but were given a room with only one double bed. We pointed this out expecting to either be moved to the room we’d selected or a bed to be put in place. The lady who had booked us in was apologetic and said she would sort this out, but said we would have to sleep in the same bed the first night as the person who makes up the rooms had gone home. We pointed out that this isn’t what we’d paid for and wasn’t really acceptable and she said she would try to figure it out for us. Within 10 minutes several staff had arrived to bring a single mattress which was placed in the room. This was placed directly on the floor and was more than comfortable enough for us. Overall the issue was dealt with well, though we shouldn’t really have needed to insist on getting what we had paid for. Otherwise a pleasant stay and highly recommended.

The room is small and too dark. The mattress was hard as a rock, the drains smelled disgusting. The toilet wasn't cleaned when the room was cleaned, only the bed was pulled out and bath towels were put down. Staff are very friendly. We are glad we only booked two nights

Good service like in a 4 or 5 star hotel, nice people, good location, clear and quiet - affordable price.Room:Clear and fresh.Sometimes you can hear an airplane for about 3-5 seconds, but it's not a problem and not too loud.

The most amazing staff! We felt so safe and happy with our stay here, I couldn’t recommend it more. And the Italian food is unreal! Thank you to all the staff we really loved staying here.
