Room is really nice. The only downside is that they took to long to fill up the pool in the morning. Says pool open at 8.00am but 8.30am pool still not filled up. They say only can swim when the pool is full, but then, when it's gonna full? End up going back to the room. Stupid staff.

For the price and what I get, I can say it's really worth it. Easily communicate thru Facebook page. The staff can speak English. Checkin checkout process is very smooth.The room with river view is really nice. I booked Family Room with River view.Parking is sufficient for all guests. The security guard helps to show available parking slot.I don't try their swimming pool because I see the water not that clean. But I see other guests are enjoying the pool.

The room is clean. But the parking space is a little small. If you stay a lot, you have to park two cars on the side of the road. The rooms have 5 floors and 1 elevator. The room has a river view and a street view. The price is 100 baht different. The TV in the accommodation room is a smart TV with a screen size of about 43 inches. Facilities in the room include only a kettle. There is no hair dryer. The bed is a bit hard. I like soft ones. The bathroom has separate wet and dry sections. Choose a room with a view of the Pattani River, 690/night, Friday and Saturday plus 100. There is a key card deposit of 200 baht. There is no breakfast. Only cash and transfers are accepted.

I had an absolutely amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor. There’s phone plug at both side of the bed(this is my favorite part) The view from my room is incredible.The staff were attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.will definitely go back. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Available for walk ins. Room is clean, river view is nice. However no toiletries provided. Heater works good. Wifi works. Aircon works great.I think the pool is shared by public, maybe? Because saw swimming lessons being conducted.As it is a family friendly hotel, ask the reception for rooms away from family with kids. Very noisy early in the morning.Overall hotel is good, except for noisy neighbors, which is not the hotel's fault.

I have stayed there and reserved 3 rooms with a river view. The view is good, but the room door key card has a problem. Can't close the door The phone in the room was broken. Can't call down to the counter. You have to go up and down according to the staff. Make it happen again Very tiring 🥲 The swimming pool is murky, not clean, not worth playing in 😩 The water is not circulating (dirty), the TV in the room can't be viewed, the staff came up to look at it and couldn't do it 🥲 In conclusion, not happy. The hotel only has a good view. Went down to inform the staff. They talked nicely and asked if I could stay longer. I'll move the room for you. We said no more rest. Go stay at another hotel😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

It is considered a worthwhile room.For anyone who comes to sleep in PattaniThere is a swimming pool inside the hotel.Playing in the water, sitting and eating with a view of the chilling river.Good service staff, speak sweetlyGives good advice.for clean rooms No cigarette smell

Everything is fine. Except for the staff who answered the phone when calling to reserve a room on 18/3/67 at 10:56 a.m.We called to inquire about room rates and the number of guests. And the employee replied that there is this room 7xx, price 1 double bed and 1 small bed, and we asked again if there was a room price 6xx as well (looking on the page there are 2 prices) and was about to ask again, The room price is 6xx. How many feet is the bed? Because if it's 6 feet, we can sleep together. There is no need to take the room that the staff initially informed. But I didn't get to ask yet. The employee interrupted and said, Do you want your little one to sleep on the floor? In our opinion, we think it is something that should not be said. Because no one would let their child sleep on the floor. If you are afraid that the customer will sleep uncomfortable. You should explain or say something better. Because we still haven't given an answer as to which room we will stay in. Just to inquire If you really can't sleep We were able to choose to stay in a room with a bed.you do service work You should know what to say and what not to say. After this, when going to work, I probably won't use your accommodation again. and will not recommend to anyone else It's only because of one employee.
