A very nice and relaxed experience. Beds are comfortable, air conditioner is excellent one of the best I had. Very good value for money. Breakfast made with love and fresh juice and fresh fruit. Location is also very convenient, everything in walking distance.

It is without a doubt one of the best hostels we have been to in Thailand. The treatment is very very friendly and the rooms have everything you need. My partner hurt his leg and we were sheltered there for a week to recover, and it was the best choice. Let's be super calm. Breakfast is at 10!

Very disappointed with this “hotel” even though it is well rated on BOOKING.At first glance, it does not invite entry, given the exterior state of the building.Inside, it's not any better, everything is dated and the owner welcomes you without a smile, simply asking you to pay cash before even entering the room (she doesn't accept bank cards!! !).The corridor to get to the room is dirty, with a bench where you can't sit (old dusty TVs are placed on it) and they installed a food bin right next to our door.The room is no better than the rest, old and simplistic, with a musty smell to boot and a tiny bathroom with lighting so dim that you can't see anything unless you leave the door open. Oh yes, don't try to look at yourself in the bathroom mirror, you can't see anything, this time because of the limescale on it.The only positive point is the cute little girl who shows you the room and serves you breakfast.The old lady, for her part, responds as much as possible with an “ok” to all your questions.The price is not expensive but you will know what to expect if you go there.

It was one of the best hotel we did in Thailand ! All the family is so welcoming and helpful. You can rent scooter and book tours with them. The breakfast is really nice. I recommend 100% !

We spent 3 days at the hotel, everything was perfect. The room is clean, the bed comfortable, there are common areas to sit on the terrace or inside. The location is ideal, close to the train station, the night market, if we were to return to Chiang Rai we would definitely come back here. The wifi works very well and the breakfast is delicious (scrambled eggs with fruit served at the table and buffet of breads, jams and coffee). The bread seems to be homemade, there is a wide variety and it is very good! Scooter rental possible, water fountain available.

Small hotel with an attached bakery. I received a very warm welcome, I think the whole family helps out. Very very very nice. The room wasn't entirely clean but good for Thai standards. Big bed, towels and 2 cold bottles of water. I don't need any more!!

Best place to stay if you’re on budget travel , rooms are cheap but small , but very neat.They can help you get the bikes and the guy will even help you to pin the locations on google map which was very helpful.The owner is very nice and respectful to others and the little girl is very warm welcoming.There are seats outside where you can have a tea and smoke as well.Bike parking is there, but car it will be little difficult.Near by places are - night market, massage centres and a beautiful temple etc which is walkable distance.For breakfast you can get fresh baked bread from them and omelette and some fruits with coffee.

In love with this place!Working remotely, this was a perfect place for me. The bakery is quiet, smells like fresh bread most of the time, the internet is good, I could make myself tea or coffee whenever I needed, so it was perfect to spend my days there.+ Staff is lovely, rooms were very cozy, clean and spacious, breakfast was better then what we had in most of restaurants. Totally recommend this place!

We spent 3 nights at Tourist Inn, the room was OK, the bed a little hard but we had hot water, air conditioning and wifi. The breakfast is plentiful and good. The welcome was warm and our hosts were available to advise us. For the quality/price ratio that this hotel offers, I recommend it!

Staff is extremely friendly and breakfast is really good! Eggs, fruits, coffee, tea, juice… generous. We didn’t love the bread as other people did, prefer the croissants. Rooms are simple and not very spacious, beds are ok, toilet is small. There’s a fridge upstairs, in the corridor, if you want to keep drinks cold. There’s a filter to refill the water bottles, which is green friendly. Quiet in the evenings. Very good location!

10000/10. I recently stayed at the Tourist Inn in Chiang Rai, and it was truly the best experience in the city. The staff's exceptional service and politeness stood out, making our stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was top-notch, enhancing our overall enjoyment of the trip. They were truly friendly and polite. They basically gave us all the information we needed about what to see, where to go ecc. Also the breakfast was something else. They cook they own bread and croissants 🥐. We are very happy for our staying. Highly recommend! Thank you guys. Hope to see you soon!
