My go-to Mae Sai guesthouse hotel for 8 years or so. Fully rebuilt and renovated with nicely designed rooms in a somewhat Oriental Thai theme. Family run business with a young man taking care of the property. Always treated me as a friend and saw to my needs. Location is 20 meters from the river and 100 meters from the bridge to Myanmar. The maid is usually on-site if the owner is away from the property shopping or what have you.

This is a clean, well priced hotel, a couple minutes' walk from the main street and the bridge to Myanmar. The room and bathroom were spotless and the young man at the reception desk was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and parking were free so for the money - five stars!

I stayed for 3 nights in November 2023. The cheapest walk-in room (no window) starts at THB500. I stayed in a room with an air conditioner, refrigerator, and window for THB600. It was spacious enough for me to spend time alone, and the shower was hot and comfortable. For breakfast, I baked some bread at the restaurant and added some instant coffee.

Stayed on January 28, 2024.Overall OK. Rooms are clean.Good, the accommodation is still open for regular business. Even though there aren't many updates, haha.

Very clean. The blankets and pillows are thick, soft, and very clean. Not far from tourist attractions, quiet, good price, reasonable, not expensive, breakfast provided, parking available, the owner takes good care of the service, would recommend.

This hotel isn't on the main road, but it's not too difficult to find. The room is clean. There is a free snack bar downstairs. The price is quite reasonable.The room is good. There is water and snacks available on the ground floor almost 24 hours. The counter staff doesn't know much about it. WiFi is available. There is parking available. Clean.

Bad services, reception was a maid and cant communicate, I booked via Agoda and there is no one at reception when I reach there, and they even don’t know about my reservation. Hotel was located beside a narrow street access at the folk, noisy and not safe to cross over. Booking included cad park but they do not provide when I was there, they ask me to park beside a narrow street which is not safe at all, they will charge 150 bath if I parked at their provided lactation which is not supposed to charge. I called owner regarding about car park and he said “ he is driving Mercedes and he used to park along the street and nothing happen “ and he also said he is happy to refund if I am not alright with their carpark. The worse ever services in hostilities industry.

You get what you pay for. First when we arrived there was no staff around, just a card asking to call a # for the staff to show up. Parking was a construction site right across the hotel. The room was basic, but clean with a Thai style bathroom. The bed was actually very comfortable, and it is very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good; they actually cooked some eggs and sausages for us. If you come for a Visa run this is the place to go. Only 5-minute walk to the Mae Sai border checkpoint. Went early and was done in 15min. All in all a nice hotel

Best spot in Mae Sai! Family run, clean rooms, secure, HOT shower, FREE coffee and H2O, parking patrolled by Thai Army, CCTV, great rate, soft beds and fluffy blankets, large meeting room.

I gave 5 stars because The hotel is clean, worthy of the price, convenient to travel, close to the Mae Sai border checkpoint, just a short walk away. For those who intend to go shopping in Mae Sai, I recommend it.The staff were lovely, kind, good service, giving clear travel information. Most importantly, the staff took very good care of us. Helped us find things we lost outside the hotel. Very considerate.

It's a bit of a back alley atmosphere, so it's eerie. The employees are friendly, but the atmosphere of the border area makes it more desolate.

Take your girlfriend to get a visa. The hotel is cute. But secretly it's a little scary. The people around there are scary. In personal feelings 😀😀😀
