A great place to stay and eat. Perfect price quality. We stayed with a fan and since it was not very hot it was very good. The place is very beautiful and it seems like you are in nature. The food is great and cheap, and it is also open from 7 in the morning until 8:30 a.m.

Super friendly owners, helped us book a motorbike and answered all our questions.Pool is nice and there’s a cute cat always roaming around. I found the room to be fine and super affordable, but there’s no walls going all the way up separating the bathroom from the main room, so do be warned if you stink up the bathroom the whole room will stink!

Lovely owner, good service The rooms are still soft and comfortable. There is a swimming pool to play in and relax. There is food for us to eat. The price is not expensive. Overall, very good.

Excellent place for a few days in Chiang Rai, the food is homemade, varied, very good and authentic. The rooms are modest but consistent with the price, and the people who run the business have been very friendly and have guided us a lot on our tourist visit. Recommended without a doubt!!

We had a very good stay in Chiang Rai in this GuestHouse.The managers are very nice, cook really well, impeccable laundry service, pretty good location for the night walk.Swimming pool is also a plus.Important: the rooms are very simple but you are only there to sleep and wash so they do the job.Thank you again for your welcome. I recommend for stays in Chiang Rai.

Unfortunately, my stay at Chian Guest House in Chian Rai was extremely disappointing. The cleaning standards were terrible, with dirty sheets, a rock hard mattress, towels stained with unknown substances and a constantly clogged toilet. The door half ajar and the windows always open allowed cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms to enter, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Adding to the frustration, cleaning service was not included and rather than inform us beforehand, the owner simply abruptly instructed us to clean up ourselves. Overall, a below expectations experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I am amazed at the positive reviews of the Italians.The only positive note is that the staff speaks English.

Decent place to stay for the price. The owners are very nice and the food is good and reasonably priced. They will also clean your laundry. The room was an interesting mix of neat and unique and a little shabby. I've stayed in much nicer accommodations for a close price. Easy walk to a lot of sites, but the location isn't the nicest. All in all, probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was as we saw and what we booked. The swimming pool is a good asset on hot days and the managers serve food and drinks from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Also, scooter rental on site is a very good thing and at very low prices.As other reviews mention, the insulation of the rooms is minimal and it is easy to hear your neighbor talking or coughing. Bring earplugs for people sensitive to incidental noises.

This small guesthouse is a haven of peace, the rooms are rudimentary but enough (bedding a little hard anyway 😅) and it lacks soundproofing (earplugs are essential)The dishes served are delicious and at a very affordable price.The swimming pool is very well maintained and the host couple is adorableIdeal for a few nights 😊
