If you're late for the boat, a rental car will send you to stay here. The rooms are clean, inexpensive, and there's a nice common area on the upstairs balcony that overlooks the Mekong River.Food made to order in front of the restaurant is delicious.Or on the left side of the accommodation there is a delicious restaurant in the morning.Convenient, easy to find food

Do your laundry here! Gave it in the morning and in the afternoon it was done. I don’t know what magic was done to it but everything was so clean, soft and smelled great. Stains that other places before couldn’t get out were gone. Best laundry service in South East Asia.

Well located for a reasonable price. Comfortable but non-existent staff and not really friendly. Needs renovation as always!!! No hot water and no leaks from the ceiling!!!

Ideal place to spend the night when you cross the border from Thailand to Laos. The owner is very friendly, pleasant and with a sense of humor. Large room with bathroom and air conditioning for about 10e a night

Room very basic although clean enough for one night. Very very firm bed, but all round Ok given the price. Not guesthouses fault but very noisey all night from a combination of guests on different floors/in the lobby (design of building means noise travels and echoes around easily) plus barking dogs and cockerels in the vicinity that clearly don’t know it’s night time. No sleep at all!!

It's a budget guest house that does the job. Nothing fancy or special about the rooms. The owner was really helpful. He took care of booking our slow boat tickets with a tuk tuk ride to the 'pier' in the morning. You can exchange baht to kip with him too. 5 star helpfulness.

Reasonable price. I'm satisfied because I can sleep. The building is old, but the beds are clean. The person who seems to be the owner is also friendly and comfortable. The doors are poorly constructed and you can hear a lot of voices in the hallway. I also looked at the shower room. No problem for one night stay. I don't think I'll stay for a long time.

Guesthouse is definitely worth the money. Hosts were not particularly welcoming however the room you get for the price is a good deal. Guesthouse walls are thin so it’s a fairly noisy place .

The blankets didn't seem very clean. Overall, the room was small, but the location and equipment were good. You could see the Mekong River outside the window.

The location is perfect for looking at the Makong River and the city over the side. But there were bunch of reptiles visiting me in the room. Even I saw this giant chameleon in the room so I checked out immediately

Perfect for a night after crossing the border. The owner speaks French. The view of the Mekong from the terrace is splendid. The room is rustic, but hot water and clean bed linen. Very good value for money. We had our slow boat tickets booked by the owner, the price is the same.

The hygiene in the guesthouse is far below par. There are a lot of ants in the room and there is a huge spider web in every corner.The location is great!

I only spent one night there. Efficient welcome, friendly staff. I was given a large room all to myself (explaining my 5 star rating), very clean, nice wooden furniture.Ideal location and beautiful common areas. No regrets.
